He has 5 years of experience as a commercial pilot at Atlantic Coast Airlines/Independence Air and 19 years of experience as a Financial Advisor (10 years at Morgan Stanley prior to MCIA).
Brandt spent 5 years in the Marine Corps then received his BS in Aviation, Professional Pilot from Oklahoma State and his MBA Finance from Roosevelt University.
He now resides in Erie, CO with his wife Michelle and his two children. Outside of the office, Brandt enjoys the outdoors and is an avid skier and enjoys competing in triathlons with Michelle.

Dr. Maynard also enjoys taking principles from cutting edge functional medicine and applying it to all of his patients.

Michelle is passionate about tax planning and preparation as well as client services. Michelle's expertise lies in her knowledge of the aviation business and careers of our clients attained by her 14 years working as a Senior Manager at United Airlines. While at United she managed flight attendant scheduling, PBS consulting, Part 142 Chief Pilot and Operational Leadership. She led Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Projects resulting in over $50M in savings. Michelle earned her BS in Aviation, Professional Pilot at Oklahoma State and MBA Finance from Roosevelt University and is an Enrolled Agent.
Michelle resides in Erie, CO with her husband Brandt and their two children. When not in the office, she enjoys competing in triathlons, skiing and cooking!

Rachel Thorngate is a Financial Advisor and runs 323 Financial Group, where she specializes in comprehensive financial planning across the country. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in her degrees in Finance, Management and Marketing from Colorado Christian University, Rachel began running her financial planning practice in 2009. Together with her colleague Desiree, they lead a team of 5 and hold the most elite awards of the company they partner with -Northwestern Mutual, and are recognized as the top 1% of Financial Advisors. Rachel has also been a qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table since 2013.
Rachel believes her calling is to serve her clients at the best of her ability, while also setting an example for what is possible for other aspiring entrepreneurs, all while being authentic to yourself and often times facing adversity.

Will helps his clients to seek outcomes that will allow them to navigate future life events successfully. He promotes effective communication with his clients and works tirelessly to achieve favorable outcomes and solutions for their families through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Will and his wife both reside in Littleton with their two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and traveling.
