We analyze value streams in your organization to identify and document waste. This is the assessment phase. Phase 2 begins by agreeing to goals and objectives (measurable bottom-line results) based on the assessment phase and what the organization wants/needs. LMS consultants then lead, manage, and implement the changes within the process by becoming part of the organization; working with plant employees - on the floor. Measurables are recorded to document and support the project's goals and objectives, and reviewed with designated plant management on a weekly basis. During the project, LMS teaches, mentors, and engages the entire workforce as they become more efficient.
