Beth Conger

Brian Cunningham, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Leadership Excelleration, has over 25 years of diverse experience in executive coaching, strategic planning, operations leadership, quality improvement, and organizational development. Brian began his career at General Electric in their Leadership Development Program focusing on operations improvement - earning his Six Sigma Blackbelt - and participating on GE's Corporate Audit Staff. He continued his career in operations leadership with United Technologies before joining Definity Partners, a business improvement consulting start-up, as a senior principal. After helping grow the firm over four-fold, Brian's desire to have a more significant impact directly on the lives of executives led him to open a consulting practice to provide strategic planning, organizational development, and executive coaching services, all in one. Brian entered healthcare by joining Cincinnati Children's James M. Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence to align his passion for the type of work he loved to do with a mission that would have a significant impact on the lives of children and their families. He also led their organizational development staff. Now, Brian continues to create meaningful and sustainable impact through consulting, coaching, and developing executives and leaders. Brian holds an engineering degree from University of Cincinnati, a masters in strategic management from Harvard, and coaching certificates from Coach U and Corporate Coach U with focuses in business and executive coaching. With over 30 years' experience in sales, sales leadership, Talent Management, and training, the last 15 years have been focused on developing leaders. Prior to joining the LE team, Cindy has been designing, developing, and facilitating Leadership Development Programs for global pharmaceutical organizations such as Novartis, Daiichi Sankyo, and AstraZeneca. In addition, she is engaged as an Executive Coach for several leadership programs such as the Cincinnati WE Lead Women's Leadership Development Program and the County of Santa Barbara Emerging Leaders program. During her career, she traveled across the U.S and internationally, working with clients and conducting a study on workplace motivation in the form of passion across 23 countries. With over 30 years of experience as a leader in healthcare, Dr. Reder has focused the past 20 years on developing leaders and high-performance teams. She is passionate about transformation and quality improvement and has significant experience with improvement science and evidence-based practice. She has lectured extensively on these topics nationally and regionally. Dr. Reder holds a doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is also a graduate of the CoachU Core Essentials Program and the Coaching Clinic Program. She completed the Advanced Improvement Leadership Program and the Intermediate Improvement Science Program at the James M. Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence and is also certified in Cultural Intelligence. Her expertise includes, high volume recruiting, workforce management, sales, competency modeling, talent forecasting, and relationship management. Serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Enterprise Holdings for 22 years, part of Nichole's responsibilities included creating and facilitating professional development programs at every level, from frontline managers to executives. She has also been a mentor and workshop facilitator for Black Career Women's Network, and an Adjunct Professor with the University of Cincinnati where she developed curriculum and is currently teaching Career Success Strategies, while also facilitating programs for the Kenton County Library. Nichole has a gift for taking professional development to the next level by engaging leaders who attend her sessions through application and storytelling.
