Barry has been involved in the real estate industry both as a real estate agent ( since 1991 ) and the conveyancing industry ( since 1999 ).
His knowledge and industry respect amongst his peers stems from holding positions of Board Member of a large real estate corporation, to holding the chairman position of a Franchise owners Council for some 600 franchise owners throughout Australia and NZ.
Barry is currently a Sessional Member to the State Administrative Tribunal advising on Real estate and Conveyancing matters.
Barry's ethos in developing one of Western Australia's largest settlement agency is around the value of professional communication and client education on understanding the process of land title transfer.
As the principal founding Lawyer for Capital Legal ,Tom has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Information Systems) and a Master Degree in Taxation. He has over 20 years of experience providing commercial and management advice to a diverse range of businesses and heads a team of experienced property and transaction experts able to provide expertise in all facets of property law and transactions.
He has a wealth of experience in commercial transactions, business strategy, proactive planning, business sales and acquisitions, commercial disputes, estate and business succession planning.
