Greer M. Hughes joined McWhirter in 2000 and became a Partner in 2014. She focuses on asset and property management services to medical office, general office, retail and industrial properties and property owner associations.
Greer oversees the Georgia and South Carolina portfolio of management services, encompassing 70+ properties totaling more than 6.5 million square feet. She works closely with property managers, asset managers and leasing agents to ensure properties meet their full operating potential. She also directs construction management for tenant improvement projects and capital improvement projects.

Peyton M. McWhirter joined McWhirter in 1999 and became a Partner in 2014. He specializes in industrial leasing and sales, land sales and the sale of bank owned assets. Peyton is the company's managing broker with licenses in Georgia, Alabama and New Mexico.
Peyton is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, earning the Phoenix Award in 2009, and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR). He serves as Vice Chairman of the Good Samaritan Health Clinic and has served on the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Diversity Program Committee. T. Daniel Buyers joined McWhirter in 1994 and became a partner in 2016. He specializes in land sales, site selection and office/medical office brokerage. His expertise includes land sales and site selection for medical office, senior housing, retail, industrial, single family residential and multi-family properties as well as landlord and tenant representation in office and medical office transactions.

Tanya L. Shubert joined McWhirter in 2018 and is responsible for the oversight of managed healthcare properties in Alabama and Mississippi. She has more than 15 years of healthcare management experience and specialized expertise in life safety, emergency management, environment of care and regulation and standards for healthcare facilities and hospitals.
Prior to joining McWhirter, Tanya was the Director of Property Management for Johnson Development in Birmingham. Her previous experience included being the support for healthcare facility operations including management of hazardous waste, risk assessment, construction and environmental control. She also served as the expert in Life Safety and The Joint Commission standards for hospitals during the construction of a healthcare facility.
Tanya has served in leadership roles for healthcare systems and served on various committees including Safety, Environment of Care, Infection Control and Quality Control. She holds certifications for FEMA National Incident Management, OSHA and HeartSaver® CPR, along with specialized training in electrical safety, defensive driving and advanced regional response training.

Tonya A. Perry joined McWhirter in 2000. She is responsible for all payables, receivables and commissions in the Accounting Department. Tonya is also a licensed real estate agent and a member of the West Georgia Real Estate Board.

William J. Roden joined McWhirter in January 2020 and works in a dual role to support the company's accounting and finance functions and the property management team. Since 2004, Bill has primarily focused on health care real estate and has worked in a third-party management and accounting role with some of the largest public and private medical office owners in the country.

Bill is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and regularly attends the Building Owners and Managers Association's Medical Office Building and Healthcare Real Estate Conference. He is also an active member of Valleydale Church.
