MINDFULMAMA

I chose the name mindfulmama for my blog not because my journey is all about being a mindful parent, but because being a mother inspires me to be a better person, and my children's relentless growth is a constant reminder that life is fleeting, and the time to live in the present is NOW, not after class is planned or laundry is folded. Interactions with my children are my daily litmus, a beautiful reflection of my inner world. In them I see how greatly I desire to be more compassionate and less reactive.
