Anay Vallejo joined Millennium Physicians in 2020. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care as the Physician Assistant to Dr. Perez-Masuelli and Dr. Wilson in Rheumatology. Anay enjoys treating a variety of conditions and establishing a trusting relationship with patients.
Prior to joining Millennium, Anay has had a wide array of experience including Cardiology and Pediatrics. She is a Houston native and speaks English and Spanish.
Anay is now seeing patients at our Bellaire, North Houston, and Shenandoah locations.
Anirudha Dasgupta, MD was born in India and speaks Hindi, Bengali and Urdu. He earned his medical degree from the University of Delhi's Maulana Azad Medical College in India. He went on to complete residencies at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, and at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center, where he served as chief resident in internal medicine. The hospital is now named NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln and is located in The Bronx in New York City. Dr. Dasgupta then completed a fellowship with Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Dasgupta is board certified in Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Medical Oncology and Hematology. He joined Millennium Physicians in 2010, treating patients with all types of cancer and blood disorders.
Throughout his education and career, Dr. Dasgupta has been honored with numerous recognitions. The Government of India's National Council of Educational Research & Training awarded him the National Science Talent Search Scholarship for 13 consecutive years. At the University of Delhi, he was honored the Gold Medal in Anatomy, the Gold Medal in Surgery and the Prize for Preventive and Social Medicine. The American Association of Cancer Research awarded Dr. Dasgupta with a scholarship, which allowed him to attend a Molecular Biology Workshop.

Dr. Carmen Perez is an Internist and practices at both our Kingwood and The Woodlands offices. She has been in practice for more than 20 years and can speak both English and Spanish. She is certified to practice in General Practice and Internal Medicine. Dr. Perez is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area and accepts most major medical insurances.

Dr. Debra Moses is a board certified family medicine physician and joined Millennium Physicians in 2015. Prior to that, she practiced at a family medicine clinic in Michigan. Dr. Moses treats both chronic disease states as well as urgent care visits.
She is currently accepting new patients at our New Caney, Kingwood and Atascocita locations.
Dr. Chelsea Therrien is a board certified internist and joined Millennium Physicians after completing her residency training in Oklahoma.
Dr. Therrien went into medicine because she loves helping patients reach their health goals. She is currently accepting new patients at our Kingwood and New Caney locations.
Dr. Clyde L. Corey is a board-certified urologist in practice since 1993. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He served his surgical internship and urological residency at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where he was Chief Resident in Urology. He is past president of the Montgomery County Medical Society and served at Tomball Regional Hospital as Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Chief of Staff.
Dr. Corey grew up in Houston and has two adult children. He is an avid golfer and enjoys skiing and traveling.

Dr. Jeffrey Dinh studied Biochemical and Biophysical Sciences at the University of Houston and graduated Summa Cum Laude and with Honors and can speak English, Korean and Spanish. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He has received grants for his research on finding ways to minimize the side-effects of radiation. Dr. Dinh completed his residency training in Radiation Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine. During his training, he did rotations at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affair Medical Center, Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, Smith Clinic in the Harris Health System and elective training at MD Anderson Cancer Center for pediatrics and prostate brachytherapy.
When he is not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with wife and son, traveling and cooking.
Dr. Liliana Woo is from Juarez, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Woo received her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from The University of Texas at El Paso in 1995. She earned her medical degree at Harvard Medical School in 1999. She followed that with a general surgery internship and urology residency at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Woo has been in practice since 2004 and is board certified by the American Board of Urology. In 2018, Dr. Woo joined Millennium Physicians as one of our Urologist.

Dr. Nena Mirkovic is a radiation oncologist, serving the Greater Houston area. She is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Mirkovic joined Millennium Physicians in November of 2018.
She is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, Tomball Regional Medical Center, Kingwood Medical Center, Conroe Regional Medical Center and Aspire.
Dr. Shan Guo earned her medical degree from Xiang-Ya School of Medicine in China. She completed an internal medicine residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center of the University of Connecticut and a hematology/oncology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Guo speaks English and Mandarin.
After fellowship, she became an assistant professor at the UT Medical School oncology division, caring for patients at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Medical Center for 4 years. Board certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine; Dr. Guo has been in practice over 10 years treating patients. She was honored with the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Fellows Award in 2010.
Dr. Guo joined Millennium Physicians in 2016 and treats patients with various types of cancer and hematological conditions. Known for her willingness to work with patients and their families, she delivers compassionate, understanding care.

Dr. Gregory Seymour attended Miami University in Ohio, graduating with a BA in Physical Chemistry. He decided to pursue oncology after he experienced what the effects of cancer can do to a family and attended medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where he served an additional year as a Chief Resident. Dr. Seymour pursued his fellowship training in Oncology and Hematology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. During his last year, he was the Chief of Moonlighting, running staffing and working in the emergency room, as well as the Medical Intensive Care Unit.
Following his fellowship, he began working at Millennium Physicians in 2003 as one of our Medical Oncologists, treating all types of oncology and hematology patients. Dr. Seymour creates specialized treatment plans for his patients based on their specific conditions and educates you throughout the process. His philosophy is that every cancer patient can be helped in some way, most can be cured, some cannot; however, the patient can be aided in their path through treatment, pain management, drug therapeutic options and further better understanding of their disease process. Dr. Seymour is also associated with Palliative Care and Pain Management and can offer both of these therapeutic options if needed to ensure patients experience the highest quality of life possible.

Lyndsey Buriak graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her master's degree in physician assistant studies in 2011. Since she graduated, she has been practicing family medicine and joined Millennium Physicians Family Practice in 2017. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Lyndsey worked as a paramedic in Pittsburgh and Chicago.

Dr. Umang Patel graduated Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 2011 and completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2016. He has 6 years of diverse experience with area of expertise as Radiation Oncology. Dr. Patel is trained to identify the type of cancer and create a targeted treatment plan that will increase the patient's chances of overcoming the disease.
He is accepting new patients at our Kingwood and Woodlands location.
