Dee is a Member of NAR-National Association of REALTORS®, IAR-Indiana Association of REALTORS® and MIBOR REALTORS Association®. Graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy - IRLA, Member of the Residential Real Estate Council - RRC, Member and Past President of IREIBA-the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association and Past Executive Director. She's a 3rd year Director and Member of IAM-Indiana Association of Mediators.
Dee is the Director and Instructor of NEW DAY Realty Training, an Indiana IREC approved CE Sponsor since 2018. She creates and conducts her own materials for Real Estate Continuing Education and PostLicensing courses. She's a certified REBAC® Instructor approved to teach NAR's Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®) course and e-PRO® under CSRE Approved Providers and Training4RE.com.
Extensively trained in all facets of business management, she assists the Brokers, as needed.
A graduate of North Central High School, attended Indiana State University, and the University of Maryland-Asian Division, where she received her Associates in Business Management. She's a Sigma Kappa Alumni, and a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with a double major in Business Management and Human Resources Management, and graduate of the Marian College BSN program. She's working on her Masters Degree through WGU.
Randi is a RN, Registered Nurse at Franciscan St Francis Health.
Randi is a resident of Franklin Township, her son attends Franklin Central High School and her daughter is a college graduate, too.
