Niall's philosophy is to provide value for money, do the right job, at the right price, at the right time. Keeping things simple... The criteria of the company has always been to employ the best craftsmen and engineers. We believe that we stay the best by employing the best. Nialls has a very strict company policy in place regarding recruitment, and we will not employ anybody who does not meet our high standards in terms of: qualifications, experience, customer service skills, appearance and attitude... Niall's was founded by Niall-Anthony Gengasamy. He started off by completing a four year apprenticeship at the age of 16 with a local self-employed gas engineer. Whilst working in the industry, Niall observed a distinct generalised view customers had of the plumbing service sector. It was at this point, Niall decided to create Niall's - a vehicle to restore the reputation of the plumbing and gas engineering trade.
