Amanda is licensed in life, health, property, casualty, and credit products. She is credentialed to sell all Medicare products and is licensed in the Health Insurance Marketplace. Along with group sales and maintenance, her responsibilities include overseeing all life and health individual accounts and all property and casualty accounts as well. She ensures that every account in the office is handled in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. She is also in charge of creating and implementing marketing strategies. Amanda serves on the board for the Family Resource Agency. She has been with Ocoee Insurance Services since March 2011.
Owner and chief broker of Ocoee Insurance Services since its inception in 1993, she is responsible for the sale and renewal of group accounts and overall business functions. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the insurance field with the primary focus being on health insurance and other employee benefits. Her list of education includes Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTCF), Chattanooga Health Underwriters Association (board member), and graduate of Cleveland State Community College with a degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis. Pam served as President of the Cleveland International Rotary Club for the calendar year 2014-2015.
