Christy is an Agent/Producer at 1st Alliance Insurance, and has been with the agency since April of 2013. Although originally from Mississippi, she moved here from Sherwood, Arkansas in 2013. She has a great personality and is more than willing to meet each of her clients needs no matter what the problem is. Christy WILL find the solution for each one! She is very friendly and loves to know her clients on a personal level. She writes Property and Casualty Insurance. Christy is married to Josh, who serves in the TN Air National Guard, and has two daughters who are 22 and 17, and an adorable step-son, who is almost 9, that calls her Punkin. They love to travel, are involved with lots of community outreach projects, and cook a lot!

Paul Johnson is the Owner/President of 1st Alliance. He has been in insurance as an agent since April 1st 2001. Vicki Keen has been with 1st Alliance since the business opened in August of 2004. This is her first experience in the insurance industry and she has found her calling. She loves what she does and it shows when she is on the phone with a client or potential client. Prior to this, Vicki was a successful hair stylist in Jackson, MS where she worked for over 30 years. This experience has given her much understanding of customer service and she is great at it!!! Vicki is the agency's office manager and is also a producer. Vicki Keen at 1st Alliance has given us several years of impeccable service which has been "second to none". I have had several agents within the Memphis/OB area for years and Vicki has been our agent for years and we will continue with 1st Alliance as long as Vicki Keen is there!
