Ashish has completed his Bachelor's degree in 2009 and Master's degree in 2012. Since completion of his education, he has worked in various physiotherapy settings including outpatient department, hospital, home health care. He has treated a wide variety of clients coming from pediatrics, musculoskeletal, neurological and geriatrics.
He believes that learning is a continuous process and updating as well as upgrading knowledge and skills are an important investment for health care professionals. He believes in individually tailored approach with every client. When asked what it means to him for giving his best to every client, he answered "along with active physiotherapy, client participation and ongoing evaluation to treat any physical condition, education and prevention of long-term limitations are an integral part of my treatment approach."

Avinash Singh has been a Physiotherapist since 2011. He lived in Peterborough for the first few years before calling Hamilton his ultimate home since 2014.
In his short, young millennial career, he has worn quite a few hats ranging from working as a Physiotherapist to a Clinic manager in a corporate setting to currently co-owning and managing Clinical practices in the Hamilton, Dundas and Burlington region.
Throughout his professional and entrepreneurial journey, he has taken many additional continuing education courses including an Advanced Specialization course in Back Pain Shoulder Pain, Foot & Heel Pain, Headaches - Neck Pain & Dizziness, Diploma in Advanced Manual Therapy (hands-on care), Hand Splinting, Certification in Temporomandibular Joint (Jaw) Dysfunction, Acupuncture, Active Release Therapy, IASTM - Soft Tissue Therapy and many more.
He has a strong passion for teaching and he has helped to shape the career path of more than 600+ new Physiotherapy graduates across Ontario by conducting and coordinating Physiotherapy Competency Examination OSCEs, mentoring and tutoring various academic sessions to help students achieve and live their dream. He says it gives him a lot of joy and satisfaction to be a part of their success stories. He has been an invigilating examiner for McMaster University's Mock OSCEs for the Physiotherapy Program as well.
Avinash is also a Toastmaster member for many years and attributes his public speaking and leadership qualities to this group and the community. He places a high value on giving back to the community, inspiring people, and making a difference in people's lives. This is what drives him to work every day.
He also believes that his patients should have "the most awesome treatment experience" on their road to recovery, and that is what separates him from the cloud and remains his success mantra. He has infused the entire team at Precision Physio, Hamilton Physio & Rehab, Plainsview Physio with this same culture across four clinic locations in the area.
When he is not treating patients or taking on big projects, he is a Cricket fanatic and loves watching and playing almost every sport. He has come to terms with the fact that he is not athletic enough to make any professional team, but his love of sports is what drives him to get all his athletic patient population to reach their ultimate pinnacle.
Diana graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Community health. She holds her occupational and physiotherapy assistant diploma from Mohawk College. Diana is very passionate about health and fitness and loves to connect with others through movement and assisting them through their rehabilitation goals. Through one-on-one sessions and community events, Diana strives to motivate others to live their healthiest lives. With a background in fitness and health and a passion for holistic nutrition and natural health, she is able to offer a more holistic approach when working with clients. She aims to ensure her clients are educated and empowered when it comes to their bodies and minds.
Dr. Copland is an avid hockey fan and is passionate about the growth of women's sports. In her spare time, she can often be found hiking or running with her dog. She also enjoys DIY crafting projects.

Mackenzie just graduated from Western University with a degree in Clinical Kinesiology. She has a very strong passion for health and wellness and grew up playing competitive basketball, soccer, and snowboarding. In her final year of undergrad, she completed a placement at Parkwood Institute with the Stroke Rehabilitation Program. With this opportunity she was introduced to the processes of many different clinicians, including Physiotherapists during the patient rehabilitation process post-stroke. This experience fueled her interest in the rehabilitation process. In addition to this placement, she has been rehabbing from my own knee injury for the past 8-months. Throughout this, it has given her a lot of insight into the frustration that many patients may experience which has made her even more passionate to help others in a similar position!
