Barbara Wadsworth - COO, EVP

Barbara Wadsworth, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Main Line Health, brings nearly four decades of health care and nursing experience to the system. Barbara joined the Main Line Health team in 2012 as Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer and assumed her current role in October 2020. In her role, Barbara has leadership and operational oversight for hospital and ambulatory operations across Main Line Health, collaborating with hospital and medical staff leadership to ensure a high standard of STEEEP (Safe, Timely, Efficient, Effective, Equitable and Patient-Centered) care in all settings, promoting clinician and patient satisfaction and providing oversight for cost-effective care delivery and integrated clinical programs. Since Barbara arrived at Main Line Health in 2012, she has been a champion of Patient Safety, Quality, Equity and Affordability. Among Barbara's many accomplishments during her tenure are her leadership during our Performance Excellence 2020 journey; guiding our nursing staff through Epic implementation; achieving successive Systemwide Magnet designations; and introducing a number of initiatives and incentives to improve patient experience. Under her dynamic leadership, Main Line Health history was made when the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) announced the achievement of becoming one of only 22 health systems in the nation to achieve Magnet® status. Main Line Health received system redesignation in 2019. Barbara is also responsible for the leadership of all areas of patient care services throughout the system. A significant accomplishment includes Main Line Health being chosen as one of three health care organizations in the entire tri-state region to receive the Excellence Award from The Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Performance Excellence (MAAPE), which demonstrated Main Line Health's ability to align with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. Additionally, Barbara is responsible for other systemwide projects focused on patient satisfaction, embedding the culture of safety at Main Line Health, and advancing care coordination and population health to meet the needs of our community members well into the future. Barbara is also responsible for the inaugural Clinical Pastoral Education Program at Main Line Health. While ensuring Main Line Health's nursing team is offering superior care to patients, Barbara has also been an advocate for exemplary nursing practice, professional development and continuing education, encouraging the pursuit of advanced degrees and specialty certifications among the Main Line Health nursing team. In 2014, Barbara earned her own Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Systems Leadership from Vanderbilt University. She also holds certification as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She is a 2009 Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow, was inducted as a Fellow into the National Academies of Practice in March of 2017 and recently completed the national Baldrige Executive Fellowship. Barbara serves on several boards, including serving as immediate Past Chair of the Gift of Life Board of Governor's in addition to having previously served six years on the Medical Advisory & Policy Board and she serves as Chair of the PHL Convention & Visitors Center Board Nursing Leadership Committee. Barbara is serving on the Montgomery County Board of Health for a third term. Barbara is a board member and has served in the President role of the Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania and member of the Immaculata University MSN Advisory Board. Barbara previously served on the Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania Board from 2017-2020. Barbara is currently serving in the co-chair role for a second year, on the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team, in addition to having served in 2014 and 2015. Barbara's dedication to health care and nursing leadership, innovation, research and education, as well as her commitment to our employees and our patients is truly represented in her accomplishments at Main Line Health. Bernadette Banta

Account Manager | Delaware County PA, New Jersey, Delaware Bernadette Banta is an account manager and Certified Recovery Specialist who has dedicated her life to providing education and support to individuals, families, community members and stakeholders in finding quality treatment and long-term recovery. Before joining Mirmont Treatment Center, Bernadette spent seven years working in various positions within the behavioral health field during which she developed and implemented Delaware County's Certified Recovery Specialist "Warm Hand Off" Program in local community hospitals. Bernadette has built a strong network that will help increase and strengthen Mirmont Treatment Center's community and professional relationships. She brings a tireless work ethic and a tremendous amount of personal and professional pride to her work. Brian T. Corbett - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Brian Corbett joined Main Line Health in 1994 as associate general counsel. He was named vice president of legal affairs for Jefferson Health System in 1997, and was promoted to senior vice president and general counsel for Main Line Health in 2000. Corbett is the chief legal officer for Main Line Health, leads a legal department of five attorneys, serves as the secretary for Main Line Health and all of its subsidiaries, and has oversight responsibility for the claims management and workers compensation departments. Corbett has practiced health law exclusively since 1984. As an attorney in the health law departments of Wolf, Block Schorr & Solis-Cohen and Saul, Ewing, Remick & Saul, Corbett developed expertise in health care business transactions such as hospital, nursing home and other health care facility acquisitions; the structuring and restructuring of hospital/physician and other health care joint ventures; the development of managed care organizations and provider networks; tax-exempt bond financings; hospital/physician integration models; and physician group-practice arrangements. Corbett received his law degree in 1984 from Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., where he was a member of the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph's University in 1981. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Carolyn F. Gorman

Carolyn F. Gorman joined Main Line Health in 2019 as senior vice president of strategy, business development, communications and marketing. Prior to joining Main Line Health, Carolyn served as the vice president of system integration at Penn Medicine, facilitating system-wide integration efforts with the addition of new strategic partnerships and consolidations. She was previously the chief operating officer for the department of obstetrics and gynecology and chief administrative officer for women's services at Penn Medicine. Carolyn has more than 25 years-experience in the health care industry which includes business development, operational management, service line strategy and ambulatory services development. Carolyn is a graduate of Immaculata University and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Penn State University. She is a member and past president of AMGO, the OBGYN professional association; member and a certified medical practice executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives and member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Donna M. Phillips

Donna M. Phillips is a senior health care executive with more than 25 years of experience in non-profit health care management and growth. As President of Ambulatory, Post-Acute Care and Professional Services, Mrs. Phillips is responsible for strategic long-range planning and management of six health care centers which are models of high-quality care ambulatory operations. Main Line Health also jointly operates six surgery centers, some in conjunction with outside entities as well as one imaging facility. As President of Ambulatory, Post-Acute Care and Professional Services, Mrs. Phillips has operational oversight of these facilities, including the medical office buildings on our hospital campuses and the operations of Main Line Healthcare Physician Network. Mrs. Phillips also has oversight for Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Main Line Health HomeCare and Hospice and the professional services for Main Line Health System. Mrs. Phillips served as the executive sponsor for Main Line Health's PIVOT project and was integral in the successful transition to Epic as its single, integrated electronic medical record system. Mrs. Phillips is a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine, past member of the March of Dimes of Southeast PA/Southern NJ Board, American Hospital Association's Regional Policy Board 2, Family Lives on Fund and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

Dr. Donald Klingen - SVP

Dr. Donald Klingen is the Chief Medical Information Officer and a Senior Vice President for Main Line Health. Since joining Main Line Health in 2011, he has been responsible for the enterprise application division of the Information Services department as well as the Clinical Informatics department. Dr. Klingen is dual board-certified in Family Medicine and Clinical Informatics and continues to see patients on an ongoing basis. Dr. Klingen's interest in clinical informatics and the application of technology to clinical care started from his residency training where he pursued a fellowship in faculty development and clinical informatics. An advocate of "applied clinical informatics," he works with physicians, operational leadership and technology teams to help provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care. Prior to joining Main Line Health, Dr. Klingen was a family physician with Crozer-Keystone Health System where he also served as Medical Director of Information Services. A graduate of the University of Delaware and the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Dr. Klingen completed his medical residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center as well as a fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Medical Informatics from Oregon Health and Science University. His professional activities include serving as an adjunct lecturer at the Thomas Jefferson University School of Population Health. Dr. Klingen and his family reside in Chester Springs, PA.

Dr. Jonathan Stallkamp - SVP

Dr. Jonathan Stallkamp is the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the health system. Dr. Stallkamp joined Main Line Health in 2005 after working as an internist for the Indian Health Service in Bethel, Alaska and in private practice in Wayne, Pa. Dr. Stallkamp has held a variety of clinical leadership titles during his tenure at Main Line Health, including: Director of the Academic Hospitalist program System Director for Hospital Medicine Bylaws Chairman Network medical director for Main Line HealthCare Vice President of Medical Affairs for Bryn Mawr Hospital, Lankenau Medical Center and Riddle Hospital A graduate of Yale University and Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Stallkamp completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern in downtown Chicago. Eric Mankin

Eric Mankin, MD is president of Main Line HealthCare (MLHC) and Physician Enterprise. He oversees Main Line Health's growing, multi-specialty employed physician practice. Dr. Mankin has more than 20 years of health care leadership experience with clinical and operational management and a strong commitment to quality and patient safety. Prior to his role at Main Line Health, Dr. Mankin served as chief executive officer and chief medical officer for Temple Physicians, Inc. (TPI), the community-based physician practice arm of Temple University Health System (TUHS). In addition to his role as CEO and CMO of TPI, Dr. Mankin has served in numerous other health care leadership roles, including Medical Director for TUHS Medical Management and Vice President of Network Development for TUHS. Under Mankin's leadership, the physician network grew from a start-up primary care practice to a large, integrated multi-specialty group with over 400 employees in 42 offices across the Philadelphia region. Through his strategic vision and collaborative approach, Dr. Mankin built a network of physician partners focused on achieving shared goals around quality, customer service, information technology and system-wide service line development. Before joining TUHS, he served as a Partner in the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, as a family physician for HealthSpring Medical Group, and as Medical Director for MetraHealth (United) Health Plan. A graduate of Haverford College and Temple University School of Medicine, Dr. Mankin completed his family medicine residency at Middlesex Memorial Hospital in Connecticut. His professional activities include serving on the Independence Blue Cross Physician Advisory Board, Health Partners Medical Advisory Committee and a variety of pharmaceutical and therapeutic committees. Dr. Mankin and his family reside in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

George C. Prendergast

George C. Prendergast, PhD was appointed the President and CEO of the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research (LIMR) in December 2004. Prendergast is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar he earned a bachelor's degree magna cum laude with distinction in biochemistry. He received his master's degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University and his doctorate in molecular biology from Princeton University. After obtaining advanced training as an American Cancer Society postdoctoral fellow at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at NYU Medical Center, he joined the department of cancer research at Merck Research Laboratories. In 1993, Prendergast was appointed assistant professor and later associate professor at The Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, where he was designated a Pew Scholar in the Biomedical Sciences. Subsequently, he became the senior director of the Cancer Research Group at the DuPont Pharmaceutical Company. In 2002, he moved his research efforts at Wistar and DuPont to LIMR, where he has pioneered new principles to prognose and treat advanced cancers. In particular, Prendergast and his team at LIMR have developed an exciting new immune therapy currently in Phase II clinical trials at Main Line Health hospitals that stimulates a patient's immune system to destroy metastatic cancer cells. Along with his scientific and leadership roles, Prendergast also served as the Editor-in-Chief of Cancer Research, one of the most highly cited journals in the field. In leading LIMR, the research center for Main Line Health, he has developed a world-class reputation marked by numerous recognitions and honors.

Jack Lynch III - CEO, President

John J. (Jack) Lynch III has served as president and CEO of Main Line Health since 2005, providing executive leadership to suburban Philadelphia's most comprehensive health care system. Main Line Health is comprised of four of the region's respected acute care hospitals --Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital and Riddle Hospital-as well as one of the nation's premier facilities for rehabilitative medicine, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital; Mirmont Treatment Center, one of the leading addiction treatment programs in the Northeast; the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research; and Main Line Health HomeCare & Hospice, which provides at-home nursing and hospice care throughout the five county region. During his tenure with Main Line Health, Lynch and his leadership team have been credited with strengthening the organization's commitment to safety, quality and equity and enhancing the technology necessary to support significant advances in those areas. He has also fostered a period of expansion, including the addition of an acute care hospital and six health centers to better serve the needs of the Main Line and western suburban communities, and has cultivated an employee work environment that has garnered recognition from several independent rating organizations. Prior to joining Main Line Health, Lynch served nearly 20 years as an executive with the St. Luke's Episcopal Health System in Houston, Texas, where he advanced to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the system, as well as CEO of the system's flagship facility, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. While residing in Houston, Lynch served on the boards of a wide variety of professional associations, including the Texas Hospital Association, the Greater Houston Hospital Counsel and the United Way. A native of Washington, D.C., Lynch received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and his Master of Health Administration degree from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. As former Governor of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Lynch serves on the boards of the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, The Haverford School, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Overseers and The American Heart Association. Jacqueline Bramble

Jacqueline "Jackie" Bramble, LSW is an account manager and has worked in the behavioral health field for over 13 years. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work from Widener University. Working with those struggling with substance abuse has been at the heart of it for Jackie. Substance abuse was her primary focus throughout her years as a clinician in both inpatient and outpatient settings. While in a clinical leadership role, her passion for business development led her into the marketing side. Over the last five years, Jackie has developed strong professional relationships, spearheading the branding efforts of the outpatient site. Jackie is excited to have begun this new chapter of her career with Mirmont Treatment Center. Mirmont and Main Line Health have held a strong impact both personally and professionally.

Jim Paradis

Jim Paradis joined Main Line Health in 2003 and has held numerous positions including vice president of operations at Bryn Mawr Hospital, vice president of administration at Riddle Hospital, and vice president of administration at Paoli Hospital. He was named president of Paoli Hospital in November 2012. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the hospital, including day-to-day operations, strategic planning, clinical program development and finances. Paradis has more than 25 years of experience in health care systems management and operations and has held executive health care roles including chief operating officer for Graduate Hospital and vice president at Hahnemann University Hospital. Paradis is a graduate of Cornell University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics and holds a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania. JoAnn M. Magnatta

JoAnn M. Magnatta joined Main Line Health in 2001 as senior vice president of facilities design and construction. In this role she oversees the design, development and construction for the four acute care hospitals, one rehab hospital, drug and alcohol treatment facility and all affiliated entities. She is also responsible for the development and management of all medical office buildings and ancillary facilities. She began her health care career in 1988 at the Medical College of Pennsylvania (MCP). She progressed through various facilities and real estate positions at MCP and within the Allegheny University Hospitals System including vice president of operations and regional vice president of Facilities. In 1998, she became regional vice president of facilities for Tenet Healthcare's Pennsylvania Region. Prior to joining Main Line Health, Magnatta served as corporate vice president of real estate service and facilities at Continuum Services, a five hospital Manhattan-based system. She is a member of several local regional and national based organizations such as the International Facilities Management Association and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and was appointed to Villanova University's College of Liberal Arts Advisory Board.

John Schwarz

John Schwarz, president of Bryn Mawr Hospital, brings more than 20 years of experience as a health care leader to his role. John joined Main Line Health in 2013 as the Vice President of Administration at Lankenau Medical Center and served in the role for seven years before assuming his current role at Bryn Mawr Hospital. As president, John provides leadership and operational oversight at Bryn Mawr Hospital and collaborates with clinical and operational leaders across Main Line Health to identify and execute strategies that are aligned with the System's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. During John's tenure at Main Line Health, he led the launch and accreditation of Lankenau's Level II Trauma Center which-in its first, second and third year-achieved clinical outcomes in the top decile. Additionally, John was instrumental in supporting the System's Performance Excellence initiative, which sought to streamline operations and clinical care across Main Line Health He led the workforce initiative and served on the project management team, playing a critical role in identifying opportunities for displaced employees following the closure of Hahnemann University Hospital. Before joining Main Line Health, he served as an executive leader at Cooper Hospital in New Jersey, where he oversaw a six-year, $260 million campus expansion plan and led operations and strategy for the largest academic orthopaedic practice in South Jersey. Prior to that, Schwarz held senior leadership roles at Tenet Healthcare.

Lisa DeAntonio

Lisa DeAntonio Dinan, Division Manager of Admissions, is responsible for driving census growth, process improvement, and providing an exceptional patient intake experience for Mirmont Treatment Center's inpatient substance use disorder program. She works closely with teams across marketing, clinical, IT systems, and finance on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Prior to her role at Main Line Health, Lisa led admissions-focused teams across several regions and service lines at a well know recovery center in the regions. She has nearly a decade of experience in the substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment field, resulting in wide-ranging financial and operational knowledge. She is highly effective at delivering patient-centered cost savings for an organization. Lisa earned her Bachelors of Finance from Penn State University.

Rich has built his career working as a Certified Recovery Specialist for several treatment centers. He brings experience working in direct patient care at every level of care in substance use disorder treatment which includes emergency room engagements, inpatient, outpatient, recovery houses, family interventions, and MAT outpatient. As a person in long term recovery, Rich has a personal appreciation and passion for helping people receive the quality treatment that he believes everyone deserves. Rich is able to utilize his personal and professional experience to demonstrate a level of understanding and compassion necessary to engage with individuals that struggle with addiction and encourage them to take a chance on themselves. Because Rich has helped countless individuals enter into a path that has led to valuable, long lasting recovery, he has developed and maintained a network of relationships which will be invaluable to the team. This network of relationships supports Rich's efforts in being the connection of referral source and hope for anyone that needs addiction help. When Rich is not working, he enjoys building memories with his parents, sister, significant other and 6 year old step son.

Ted Kradzinski is an account manager for Mirmont Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ. Ted brings extensive experience in direct patient care for individuals suffering from the disease of alcoholism and substance use disorders. He has a unique perspective shaped by his journey through long-term recovery, his experiences as a family member supporting a loved one's battle with SUD's and is honored to be working in the field of recovery. Ted's experience has allowed him to truly relate to the variety of people that are directly and indirectly affected by this deadly disease. He feels strongly that the opposite of addiction is "connection" and strives daily to bring a glimmer of hope to the suffering person seeking a new way to live. Ted holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Temple University. Beyond his professional endeavors, he cherishes spending quality time with his family, passionately cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, and indulging in his love for music.
