Clare founded SML in August 2006 having spent 16 years gathering knowledge and experience Working for Banks, Estate Agents, Building Societies and Mortgage Brokers. She wanted to provide impartial whole of market help to all customers so that they would be confident in the choices they make.
Outside of work, Clare has 2 children with her partner and a large Fur Baby called Dave. She loves cycling, skiing and walking the dog.
Steve joined the team in 2021 to provide administration support. Steve has many year's experience in Financial Services having worked in Retail Banking and Regulated Compliance roles. Outside of work, Steve enjoys travelling with his wife Alison and walking with his black Lab "Vesper".
