The Prevention Alliance deliver support that enables people in Stockport to improve their confidence, independence, health and wellbeing. We have strong local connections, and work in partnership with local organisations to ensure people can access a diverse range of support options... Our Hub team guide people to find the right support offers for them. The Hub provides information and advice on a range of support options and help to connect people with other organisations and useful resources... Our unique partnership was established in 2015 and brings the following not-for-profit organisations together as The Prevention Alliance (TPA) to improve health and wellbeing in Stockport.
