Hannah is a University of Washington graduate raised in Woodinville WA. Hannah has been in the telecom industry for a decade and in her free time loves to spend time with her husband and daughters.
An Oregon native, Jeff graduated from Oregon State University with a business degree and then completed an MBA At Christian Brothers University. Jeff started his career in telecom in 1985 with MCI when Equal Access was first available.
Jim entered the telecom industry in 1987 after attending North Seattle College. Throughout Jim's career he's implemented and maintained a vast amount of CPE, integrating data, voice, and video technologies. He is devoted to keeping abreast of emerging industry best practices, building new relationships, delivering solid and reliable customer service.
A pacific northwest native, she graduated from the University of Washington. With a varied career in advertising, non-profit management and fundraising, Karen understands the challenges business owners and managers face. She has been energized by the evolution and pace of the telecom industry for the past 20 years.

Kim attended Boise State University studying International Business, and now lives in Meridian, ID with her two sons. Beginning her telecom career in 2005 Kim has performed almost every role imaginable, at companies large and small, and continues to have a passion for telecom's ever evolving technology. Outside of work you'll find her either in the water with her younger son or in the stands of her son's high school football stadium cheering him on.
Mark attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, before moving to Seattle in 1999. His telecom career started at the age of 17 and he's still at it, 23 years later. Mark's natural love for his field expresses itself in his constant quest to stay on the cutting edge of information technologies and network communications.

Misty is a Central Washington graduate, born and raised in Lynnwood, WA. Misty and her husband Jeff have two adult boys, Jaedyn, and Dylan. They enjoy traveling together whenever possible, especially to Cabo!
