Blair Sheehan joins Compass as a Licensed Sales Associate. Blair has experience in Summit, Chatham, Short Hills and beyond. She is hard-working, diligent and determined to best represent her clients while displaying her honest and forthright sensibility. Since starting her career in real estate in 2010, Blair has worked tirelessly to help her clients find the perfect home.
A Summit resident since 2015 and local agent since 2018, Blair knows the ins and outs of the community and provides endless resources for her clients whether with their purchase or sale.
Blair began her real estate career at Brown Harris Stevens and Sotheby's International Realty in New York. More recently Blair took on a new challenge and helped build a real estate technology start-up, Prevu Real Estate. She started as the first agent and helped grow the company to over 6 offices nationally. Blair helped with many facets including mentoring and recruiting agents, creating content for the website, blogs and industry publications and helped sell over $210 million a year in New York City.
Blair was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut to a real estate and development family. After graduating from Georgetown University, she lived in New York City until her move to Summit. Prior to entering the real estate world, she worked in the advertising industry in marketing and sales for Time Inc. and TracyLocke. Blair's professional and educational experiences have provided her with a well-rounded background perfectly suited for the real estate industry. Blair loves to spend her time with her husband and three young sons. She enjoys cooking, traveling, ice hockey, skiing and golf. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NCJAR), the Garden State Multiple Listing Services (GSMLS) and Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She is an active alumnus and serves on committees at all her schools. She is also involved in several local charities and the Junior League.
