Since 2015, TNS has been serving young adults with disabilities as they transition out of high school. We are committed to family centered, community focused, beyond conventional approaches... With so few resources like this available, our initiative aims to fill critical gaps in the community, fostering independence, inclusion, and a sense of belonging for those we serve. This project isn't just about building structures-it's about building brighter futures and redefining what's possible for people with disabilities... The Next Step Programs has been committed to creating opportunities for people with disabilities as they transition out of high school. Our team works alongside students, families, employers, school systems, and adults with disabilities to develop innovative solutions to overcome everyday barriers.
