• Executive Administrative Assistant

Christine is our Executive Administrative Assistant. She is a graduate of George Brown College and has prior administrative experience in an accounting office, as well as real-estate. She also has a diploma in Registered Nursing from George Brown College.

: If traveling from Don Mills , take the #25 bus heading north to Don Mills Road at Fairview Mall Drive North side corner, proceed to walk south on Don Mills road towards Fairview Mall Drive and then turn left onto Fairview Mall drive.

SuYoung Lim is our Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is a graduate of George Brown College and is currently working towards attaining an undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto.

William Nelson completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology with Honours from McMaster University in 1996. He was accepted into the Communicative Disorders Department of the University of Western Ontario in the fall of the same year and began working on his Masters of Clinical Science degree in Audiology. Graduating in the summer of 1999 he began his career in a number of clinical offices throughout Southern Ontario and established the Don Mills Audiology and Toronto Hearing Centre offices shortly thereafter. Bill is an experienced Clinical Audiologist whose main priority is delivering patient-centered care. Bill sees patients of all ages, and specializes in the administration of complete and thorough hearing tests, hearing aid prescriptions and recommendations, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid adjustments and repairs, verification of hearing aid performance, patient counselling and patient advocacy. Bill is a licensed practitioner with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
