Adam Nims serves as President of Western Operations at Trammell Crow Company. In this role, he oversees all aspects of Trammell Crow Company's business units, which includes: Denver, Seattle, Portland, Northern California, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Phoenix and Austin.
Nims previously served as Business Unit Leader and Managing Director for TCC Austin, where he managed the development and acquisition projects, new business pursuits, finance, and overall day-to-day operations of the office. Since first joining the company in 2006, Nims has been involved in a wide range of product types over 3.8 million square feet of diverse projects including: urban mixed-use, high-rise offices, high-rise residential for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary, transit-oriented development, suburban offices, healthcare and industrial. Most notably, Nims lead the execution of TCC's agreement with the City of Austin to redevelop the former Green Water Treatment Plant in downtown Austin. He has more than 18 years of industry experience in varied aspects of commercial real estate including construction management, development management, marketing, valuation and finance.

Adam Saphier serves as President, Eastern Operations for Trammell Crow Company where he oversees the firm's Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, St. Louis, and Washington DC offices, including all development and acquisition projects, new business pursuits, finance and operations. Adam previously served as a President, Central Operations and Capital Markets. Prior to that, he was responsible for operations in TCC's the Dallas-Fort Worth region. He joined Trammell Crow Company in 2005 in Houston in the office development and investment group.

Prior to his appointment to COO in April 2021, Adam was a Principal in TCC's MidAtlantic Business Unit. He played a valuable role in leading projects in Washington, DC, including the McMillan Healthcare Campus, a 1,000,000-SF component of the multi-phased, mixed-use redevelopment of the McMillan sand filtration site, and Northeast Heights, a 1,500,000-SF multi-phase, residential, retail, and office development.

Alex Valente serves as a Senior Vice President for the Los Angeles Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company. Alex focuses on all multifamily opportunities within Greater Los Angeles for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary. In his role, Alex is responsible for identifying new development and investment opportunities, debt and equity partnerships, entitlements and community outreach, design, construction and leasing.
Prior to joining TCC, Alex worked for The Ratkovich Company, a Los Angeles-based developer. Alex focused his time working on three Ratkovich assets: The Hercules Campus at Playa Vista, a 28-acre 530,000-square-foot creative office and studio campus, 5900 Wilshire, a 30-story 491,000-square-foot office building in Miracle Mile, and The Alhambra, a 1,000,000-square-foot office campus.
Prior to The Ratkovich Company, Alex worked for Thomas Safran & Associates, a Los Angeles-based affordable housing developer. Alex focused his efforts on the development of The Renaissance at City Center, a 150-unit multifamily project in Carson, California and Canyon Creek, a 75-unit tax-credit, senior multifamily project in Calabasas, CA.

Andres Angel serves as Vice President for Trammell Crow Company where he is responsible for managing the design and construction of new speculative and build-to-suit projects as well as third-party development management.
Andres has more than 20 years of professional experience in design and construction of commercial office buildings, education facilities, retail developments and sports projects. He is a proven leader in the industry and believes teamwork is the key to successful developments. His experience and diversity gives him the knowledge and problem solving skills needed in developing any product type.
Responsibilities include the engagement and direction of design teams to conduct due diligence in obtaining sites, governmental approvals, entitlements, planning, design, architect/contractor selection and negotiations, construction administration, scheduling, estimating, budget control and tenant coordination. Coordinate and monitor the progress of these activities and impose the level of management required to accomplish the task, maintain control and affect the outcome desired by Trammell Crow Company and our corporate alliances.
