Beth has worked in the business since it began. Her formal training is in science and business, but her passion is education. Many of the skills needed to manage the business were learned from previous work experience as a lab tech and a teacher. Answering the phone, preparing invoices, filing tax reports, organizing procedures, or meeting new people is part of the day to day operations of the business. Beth says, "it in not easy wearing different hats throughout the day. However, I am glad to have been part of this business from the beginning and have the opportunity to watch it grow."

Kevin Smith - CEO

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications field. He has worked in government agencies and commercial venues by supplying the cable infrastructure and/or equipment for telephone and computer networking. His expertise to troubleshoot transmission issues is remarkable. He has a broad scope of knowledge about telephony which continues to evolve to support the unified communications, especially VoIP and SIP systems. As a veteran of the Marine Corps, Kevin has a commitment to those he serves. That translates to an insuring his customers have the right tools so they can get the job done efficiently.
