As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), AJ oversees the development and execution of Track Group's marketing vision and product strategy. Working in collaboration with all department heads, AJ manages our company branding, content, public relations, customer experience, product roadmap, and positioning to support our long-term success. AJ has over 19 years experience in electronic monitoring technology and rehabilitative program development. Before joining Track Group in 2019 as our Vice President of Marketing & Product Development, he gained an extensive background- spanning from field operations to product design- in the field of electronic monitoring and its adjacencies. AJ has co-developed and launched multiple disruptive hardware and software products in the community corrections space and is a U.S. Patent holder. Previously, AJ served as Vice President of Product Marketing for Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc. (AMS/SCRAM) where his team helped turn a one-product company into a full-suite EM and software development organization. As National Sales Manager, he co-led the company's pivot from private to federal, state & county level contracting. Prior to AJ's business-oriented roles, he worked hands-on in field operations as an Install Services Supervisor for the Illinois Department of Corrections Electronic Monitoring program. From there, he moved into business development of electronic monitoring and evidence-based, cognitive rehabilitative programs for BI Incorporated (now known as GeoCare). AJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Consumer Sciences from Northern Illinois University.

Alex Abright

Alex Albright joined the Track Group family with over 15 years of sales and sales leadership expertise across numerous fields and ranging in company size from true start-ups to industry leaders. As the Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States, Mr. Albright manages, grows, and delivers results to customers in AL, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY. Since beginning his career, Mr. Albright has had a passion for driving excellence through a people-first focus on bespoke partnerships and clearly defined goals and desires. Responsible for major urban and highly rural EM programs alike, his customized approach to individual need results in long-term partnerships and significantly improved outcomes. Mr. Albright holds BAs in Criminal Justice and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville and an MBA from the University of Colorado - Denver.

April Cornwell Cook

Ashleigh Link

Ms. Link began her career in electronic monitoring in 2016, initially working as a case manager for a large community corrections agency in Indianapolis. She was quickly promoted to a supervisory role in electronic monitoring and worked with a team of case managers specializing in domestic violence cases. Ms. Link supervised training and quality assurance for electronic monitoring and the work release program before joining Track Group in 2022. Ms. Link attended Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis and holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.

Ashlie Bellman

Ms. Bellman has over 15 years of experience in community corrections operations management and has overseen some of the largest electronic monitoring programs in the country. As Senior Account Manager, Ms. Bellman is responsible for supporting and maintaining government contracts throughout Michigan, Indiana & Kentucky totaling over $6M in annual revenue. Prior to joining the Track Group family in 2016, Ms. Bellman served as Electronic Monitoring Coordinator for Marion County Community Corrections where she excelled in operations management and navigating real-world program dynamics. Ms. Bellman began her extensive criminal justice career at the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department as an Evidence Technician. Ms. Bellman is certified in evidence-based practices, validated risk assessment tools, and is regarded as an industry expert in GPS Analytics. Ms. Bellman holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University.

Brian Barton

With over 25 years of executive experience in community corrections, Mr. Barton brings an extensive and distinguished career in electronic monitoring program management to the Track Group family. As Executive Director of our Indiana operations and business development in Michigan, Ohio & Kentucky, Mr. Barton oversees some of the most renowned and comprehensive alternatives to incarceration programs in the United States. A lifelong public servant, Barton began his career with the Marion County Sheriff's Office working directly on initiatives aimed at reducing jail overcrowding. Over the next 14 years, Barton would go on to become Executive Director of Marion County Community Corrections, where he was a pioneer in community-based alternative justice programs, building the county's first 350-bed Work Release Center and starting one of the very first GPS and remote alcohol monitoring programs in the country. Prior to joining Track Group in 2014, Mr. Barton developed electronic monitoring programs for Elmo Tech & 3M in the Central U.S. Widely regarded as an industry expert in electronic monitoring technology and a consummate figure in community corrections, Barton was elected 3 times as President of the Indiana Association of Community Corrections Act Counties (IACCAC). Mr. Barton earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Indiana University at Indianapolis.

Cassie Wolf

As Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast, Ms. Wolf is responsible for business development of electronic monitoring technology and services throughout Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. Ms. Wolf manages a contract portfolio of over 75 unique government agencies and organizations operating electronic monitoring programs valued at over $2 million dollars in annual revenue. Ms. Wolf joined the Track Group family in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Regional Account Manager where she developed hands-on technical expertise with electronic monitoring technology while supporting over 200 agencies in both operations and business management capacities. Ms. Wolf has cross-sold and supported numerous contract acquisitions and on-site program transitions throughout the U.S. and holds an Associate's degree in Psychology from Illinois Valley Community College.

Chris Muscari

Mr. Muscari joined Track Group in June of 2014 through the strategic acquisition of Emerge Monitoring and is currently the Director of Account Management and responsible for account management, customer training and first level technical support. Chris attended East Chicago Technical School and has been working in the Corrections marketplace since 1998. In 2005, Chris began working directly for ElmoTech and had numerous responsibilities in working with monitoring center personnel, corrections officers, and service partners to ensure that they are proficient in troubleshooting software and equipment issues if they arise. Additionally, he designed training curriculums for offender monitoring products and was responsible for Beta testing protocols and follow-up for new products prior to customer release in the United States. In 2011, Mr. Muscari joined Emerge Monitoring as the Director of Account Management. During Mr. Muscari's 20 years of experience in the electronic monitoring arena, he has been a Monitoring Center Operator, Monitoring Center Supervisor, Account Manager, Customer Service Manager and Director of Customer Service. With his combined knowledge of working on-site with customers and past monitoring center experience he has successfully implemented many software features, equipment enhancements, and programs to meet overall customer satisfaction. Mr. Muscari also currently manages Track Group personnel that are designated and on-site for some customers, including the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Juvenile), Virginia Department of Corrections, Shelby County, IN Community Corrections and D.C. Pre-trail.

David Denny

Mr. Denny has been delivering outsourced Justice Services globally for over 19 years. In Scotland, he had responsibility for the national Court Custody & Prisoner Escorting, and Electronic Monitoring services. He also formed part of a multi-stakeholder working group focussed on judicial and policy reform, in particular relation to electronic monitoring. His involvement in electronic monitoring since 2002 has seen him deliver or consult on projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australasia, Africa, and the Americas. During this time, he has worked with all notable equipment providers. More recently, David directed the successful bids, transitions and operations of the Court Security & Custodial Services (CS&CS) in Western Australia, Parklea Correctional Complex in New South Wales, and Electronic Monitoring Services to Queensland Police. These initiatives lead into David's key motivator as a justice professional. Qualified in Criminal Justice, Mr. Denny continues to focus on policies and initiatives that encourage desistance and reduce incarceration. An experienced senior leader with a strong track record for developing and growing businesses, his key strengths include delivering strategy and profitable growth, managing complex contracts, transitions and operations, relationship development and management, culture change and employee engagement, commercial negotiation and management, and strong work ethic and integrity. Mr. Denny holds a BA Hons in Economics & Marketing from the University of Paisley in Scotland and has a post-graduate in Criminal Justice from Glasgow Law School.

Derek Cassell - CEO

Mr. Cassell joined Track Group in June of 2014 through the strategic acquisition of Emerge Monitoring and was appointed Divisional President, Americas. After driving Track Group Americas to record revenues in 2015 and 2016, Mr. Cassell was appointed President of Track Group in December 2016 and subsequently appointed as the CEO in January 2018. Mr. Cassell has a long and successful track record in the industry and will provide new direction and leadership to Track Group's North and South America business units as well as Track Group's efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Track Group, he was Executive Vice President of Emerge Monitoring, which was part of the Bankers Surety Team. His focus was Operations and Finance for Emerge products and services. Mr. Cassell has over 20 years experience providing correctional solutions to the criminal justice industry. His previous positions include Director of Operations for ADT Correctional Services, Director of Customer Support for G4S Justice Services and National Sales and Marketing Manager for ElmoTech Inc. He holds a Criminal Justice Degree from Henry Ford College in Dearborn Heights, MI.

Gillian Chambers

Mrs. Chambers has been an Account Manager with Track Group for over 8 years. Previously a Key Account Manager for the Virginia Department of Corrections, and currently the Regional Account Manager for the Northeastern Region. Mrs. Chambers is responsible for new program deployment, customer training, service, and technical support to over 50 unique community corrections organizations. She has facilitated complex data integration projects with state organizations, business intelligence and case management software. Before joining Track Group, Mrs. Chambers worked with the Virginia Department of Corrections for 5½ years. There, she was responsible for training officers across the state on new technology and oversaw the centralization of the state's voice recognition program. Mrs. Chambers has experience in case management, community corrections and institutions. Mrs. Chambers holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.

Jim Berg - CFO

Mr. Berg joined Track Group in November 2022 as Controller and was appointed CFO in April 2024. Prior to his tenure at Track Group, Mr. Berg served as the Controller for ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling, and Electric from January 2022 to November 2022. His professional journey also includes significant roles such as Finance and Accounting Consultant for DLC from January 2020 to August 2021, Interim Controller and Accounting Director positions at Tatum and Harmer Financial Solutions from February 2018 to October 2019, and Senior Director of Finance for Arjo from June 2014 to January 2018, among others. Mr. Berg's educational background includes an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joel Gurrola

Mr. Gurrola has been solutioning electronic monitoring programs internationally for over 9 years. As Global Development Executive, Mr. Gurrola is responsible for business development in Central America, South America, Mexico, and The Caribbean while supporting programs in the Middle East, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. As our dedicated Operations Manager for the Islas Marias program in Mexico, Mr. Gurrola was instrumental in deploying and overseeing one of the largest GPS monitoring programs in the country. His hands-on experience in program management, IT systems analysis, and judicial advocacy afforded him the opportunity to join Track Group's emerging partnership with the Chilean government. As Project Manager for the Gendarmerie of Chile (GENCHI) contract in Santiago, Mr. Gurrola deployed one of the largest nationwide GPS monitoring programs in the industry, providing on- site training to over 150 GENCHI officers at 16 social reintegration centers. Mr. Gurrola's success supporting our partnership with GENCHI led to opportunities within Track Group's sales organization, where he successfully developed electronic monitoring programs both domestically and abroad before being promoted to Global Development Executive in 2019. Mr. Gurrola has cultivated a unique skillset in both operational and business development capacities and has played a key role in the award and implementation of some of largest, most complex electronic monitoring programs in the world.

Prior to this, at Crouzet in Allen, TX, he spearheaded top-line industrial and aerospace sales growth across the Eastern U.S. and Canada, surpassing a $3.14B total sales target and leading a team to success. Mr. Desjarlais also earned the Captains Award for sales excellence and leadership during his time at Pentair Thermal in Pennsylvania. His expertise extends to relationship management, strategic outreach planning, and team leadership. Before joining Track Group, Mrs. Johnston served as a Juvenile Surveillance Officer in Michigan and as an Adult Probation Officer for Marion Superior Court Probation Department in Indianapolis, Indiana. During her time at Track Group, Mrs. Johnston has held positions as Case Manager, Supervisor, and Account Manager obtaining technical expertise with electronic monitoring hardware and software, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and numerous on-site program transitions. Matt Swando

As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Swando is responsible for supervising and executing all of Track Group's revenue-generating elements. Throughout his career, Mr. O'Donnell has been instrumental in sales leadership, management, implementation, and productivity. He has developed a skill set in business development that plays a key role in maintaining and implementing some of the largest electronic monitoring programs in the central region of the U.S., including Cook County, IL. Mr. O'Donnell holds a bachelor's degree in marketing with an emphasis on professional sales from Northern Illinois University.

Tim Hardy - CIO

Mr. Hardy joined Track Group in 2021 with over 20 years of experience leading the information technology, software development, and information security programs of rapidly growing and transforming organizations. Prior to joining Track Group, Mr. Hardy served as the Chief Technology Officer of World Book Publishing, leading the transformation of the traditional publisher to a provider of over 15 award-winning SaaS products used by millions of students and teachers across the world. As the Chief Information Officer of Interactive Health, Mr. Hardy built and led the startup's information technology and security programs that enabled five times revenue growth over eight years and achieved HITRUST information security and privacy certification. Mr. Hardy holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
