Brion Maguire - President

Brion Maguire is the President of Trucks & Parts. Brion has spent almost 20 years in the Waste and Recycling Industry. He started his career working for McNeilus Truck and Mfg Co. where he grew into increasing roles within the McNeilus Sales Organization. After 15 years at McNeilus, Brion saw a market need for high quality, late model, pre-owned refuse trucks. With government mandated truck emission programs and increased budget pressure, hauling companies and municipalities were in need of a new solution for managing fleet purchases. He partnered with industry leaders and mentors Scott Dols and Bruce Goldenberg and opened Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania, LLC, a truck dealership specializing in late model pre-owned refuse trucks. Brion is an active member of the National Waste and Recycling Association's Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA). FILA is an interest group that provides education, networking and mentoring to emerging industry leaders to prepare them for executive advancement and professional leadership in the waste and recycling industry.

Scott Dols - CEO

Scott Dols is the CEO of Trucks & Parts. He enjoys a well-earned leadership position in the industry and serves on several boards. He is a past Chairman of the National Waste & Recycling Association and currently serves on the Supplier Board of Governors. The NWRA is the waste and recycling industries leading organization and provides leadership, advocacy, research, education and safety expertise. Scott also sits on the board of TruStar Energy, the Detachable Container Association and the Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF), which provides research and educational initiatives that translate directly into action for sustainable waste management practices. Scott plays an active role in advancing policies that benefit the solid waste industry on the Federal, State and Local levels. Scott has several additional businesses in the waste field, including Founder and CEO of Big Truck Rental. Big Truck Rental is the nation's largest provider of new refuse and roll off rental trucks and provides waste haulers access to the latest model trucks. Born and raised in Minnesota, Scott grew up on a dairy and beef farm, where he learned the meaning of hard work and long days. He moved to Florida in 1985 and has had a number of successful businesses in the Tampa area. Scott joined Trucks & Parts in the early ‘90's and became President of the Truck Group in 2000. He became President and CEO in 2009. Scott was also a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 Award in Florida. EY Entrepreneur of the Year is the world's most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs and recognizes the contribution of people who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement.
