Chris Digerness - COO

As Director of Operations at UltraAir LLC, Chris is responsible for providing direction and leadership while overseeing UltraAir's experienced flight crews. Chris has directly supervised and assisted UltraAir obtaining approval for International Operations, ISBAO certification and ARGUS ratings. Daily duties include new Employee Recruiting, Initial/Re-Current/Indoc Training for existing and new Pilots, Managing and Creating FAA Approved Training Programs, Pilot/Check Pilot Record Keeping and Quality Assurance. Chris started his passion for flying in Canada in 1999 and holds Certificates in both Canada and the United States. Joining the UltraAir team fulltime in 2012, Chris is typed in the LR-JET and Learjet 45 and is one of UltraAir's senior Learjet 45 Captains, Flight Instructor and Check Pilot. Chris enjoys working at UltraAir where employees are committed to providing Quality service with customer safety as their number one priority.

Patty Sutton

After many years in the legal field, Patty began her career with UltraAir in 2005 as the first Scheduler/Dispatcher for the company. In 2008, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager. As the initial contact with UltraAir clients, Patty successfully maintains the expectation for exceptional customer relations. She is passionate about ensuring that customer needs and wishes are addressed. In addition to the client services aspect of her job, Patty has the critical responsibility of managing all facets of flight coordination. This includes determining quotes and managing flight schedules for all aircraft and pilots. She works closely with the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot to guarantee that pilot FAA requirements are met. Additionally, Patty performs duties integral to the accounting and billings processes for UltraAir.

Scott Robertson - President

With over 30 years and 12,000 hours of experience under his wing, Scott Robertson continues to log thousands of miles in jet aircraft flying all around the globe. Scott has extensive experience across North and South America, Europe, Russia, China, Australia and the South Pacific - all while maintaining a perfect safety record. A highly qualified pilot who first soloed at the age of 16, Scott holds an Airline Transport Pilot's license with type-ratings in 7 different models of jet aircraft, as well as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics license. Since 1983, Scott has been managing and operating a variety of aircraft ranging from small turbo-props to long-range, wide-body corporate jets. In addition, he is an accomplished air show and competition aerobatic pilot. Scott is a founding board member of the Nebraska Business Aviation Association and sits on the board of the Mid-America Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Scott also has been admitted to the Order of the Silk Scarf by the National Business Aviation Association. This award is presented to individuals that have made significant contributions to the business aviation industry. Together with his wife, Gail, he invests in the community through a variety of philanthropic works. They are strong advocates for autistic children and their families, co-founding the Autism Action Partnership. The Partnership is credited with sponsoring annual fundraisers for autistic programs and education in Nebraska. Scott and Gail reside in Omaha and have four children.
