Jim has been programming using Mastercam for over 18 years, and has worked with many other CAD/CAM systems throughout his career. In addition to programming with Mastercam, Jim is proficient at manual programming, including custom macros, and also programs in Visual Basic and other high-level programming languages. He has been programming reports for over 15 years, working with Crystal Reports and ActiveReports providing reports for ERP systems and Mastercam... His experience includes working in job shops, the aerospace industry, medical, heavy and light industrial, and plastic injection molding. He is proficient at programming one-off prototypes to high volume production parts for machines ranging from 2 through 9-axis lathes and 2 1/2 through 5-axis mills, machining cell systems, and routers. Jim has worked on a vast variety of materials, and parts ranging in size from ones that several would fit on a fingernail to parts that required heavy cranes to move... The Varco Reporting..
