Congratulations to Jacie Howton who is the recipient of the 2019-2020 Northeast Oregon Board of Realtors- Union County Chapter $1000 Scholarship. Jacie will be attending Eastern Oregon University in the Fall. We wish her the best of luck as she embarks on this new phase of her life.
