WESTSIDE FINISHING

Westside Finishing began in the early 1980's, when company founder Brian Bell set out to offer liquid-based coatings in West Springfield, Massachusetts. As the paint industry continued to evolve, powder coating was being introduced as an environmentally friendly alternative to other paint methods. Brian, joined by his wife and company manager Jeanne, decided to move forward and purchase their first powder coating batch booth in 1986 to help the company reach a broad range of new customers. With much success from this addition, more requests came in for powder coating and eventually Westside Finishing found itself ready to relocate and expand production... In 1994 Westside Finishing had found its new home in the historic "Paper City" of Holyoke, Massachusetts. This new facility would come to provide 30,000 square ft of space to accommodate large jobs and to allow room for the installation of more powder coating equipment, including the conveyorized powder coating line.
