Andrew P. DiCenzo

Drew joined Christopher, Hays, Wojcik & Mavricos in 2013. His practice includes representing parties in business and commercial litigation matters, including the resolution of disputes between stockholders and partners. Before joining the firm, Drew served as a law clerk in the Administrative Law Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. His experience includes the litigation of administrative appeals, real estate disputes, consumer protection matters, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. Drew has also worked on corporate matters in the general counsel's office of a publicly-traded company and managed municipal licensing projects for the restaurant division of a real estate development company. Drew was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2013 after graduating from Boston College Law School. He graduated from the honors program at Bentley University in 2007. In law school, Drew won a Top Ten Brief award in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Chris joined Christopher, Hays, Wojcik & Mavricos in 2014. He concentrates his practice in tax and estate planning as well as business advising, elder law, and trust & estate administration. Previously, he worked for Metropolitan Life and Insurance Company, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office and the State of Rhode Island. Chris graduated magna cum laude from Boston University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. He received his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2010 and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2011. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association. Chris was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2010 and was licensed (Non-Reporting) as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2014. Throughout his legal career, which began in 1962, Chris has practiced in all areas of the law. For the last 35 years, he has concentrated his practice in zoning, permitting and residential real estate development law. He has appeared before numerous municipal boards and is familiar with environmental laws, zoning laws, and all aspects of residential real estate construction and development including the obtaining and implementation of comprehensive permits for affordable housing. His vast knowledge and experience in the real estate field enables him to better serve his clients in negotiating the purchase, sale and/or development of large parcels of land resulting in the client obtaining the maximum benefit of transactions in which he has been involved. Chris graduated from Boston University, Magna Cum Laude, 1960 and attended Boston University Law School where he obtained his LL.B., Cum Laude, in 1962 and edited the Boston University Law Review for two years prior to his graduation. Chris is a member of the Worcester County and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is a Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. He has practiced before the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts and is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. David A. Wojcik

David has been practicing law since 1977. His practice includes general civil litigation, medical malpractice, tort claims, employment claims, insurance claims and municipal law. Additionally, David has experience with professional malpractice law, medical peer review, Health Care Quality Improvement Act matters, construction and contract law, and zoning and boundary disputes. David has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1977. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Claims Court. David graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College in 1973 and he received his Law Degree from Yale University in 1976. David is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association as well as the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Additionally, he is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association of Justice. Donald C. Keavany Jr.

Don was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1995. Since joining this firm in 1996, Don has maintained a general civil litigation and appellate practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Presently, a significant area of his practice involves representing plaintiffs in matters alleging professional malpractice (medical, accounting and attorney), Wage Act violations, civil service violations, wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation, as well as in personal injury actions, including premises liability, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents and dog-bite claims. Don also represents clients before state administrative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Division of Administrative Law Appeals, the Civil Service Commission and the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission. Additionally, Don represents clients before local municipal boards, including Boards of Selectmen and Zoning Boards of Appeal. Don has secured a final judgment exceeding $1,000,000 and has obtained numerous judgments and settlements exceeding $250,000 on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining Christopher, Hays, Wojcik & Mavricos, Don served on the staff of the Joint Committee on Public Safety in the Massachusetts Legislature for five years, including two years as Research Director for the Committee. He received a J.D. from New England School of Law, and a B.A. degree in English from Ithaca College. Don is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association. Don has also been active in his local community serving as a member of the Hopkinton Housing Committee and as a youth sports coach.

John E. Shields

Prior to admission to the Massachusetts Bar, he worked as a legal intern in both Washington, D.C. and Massachusetts. John graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He enrolled in the Graduate Tax Program while at Boston University School of Law and earned both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation in 2020. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2021.
