Agathe Soilleux is a Corporate partner in the Paris Office. She acts on a wide variety of corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, including cash and exchange tender offers, both friendly and unsolicited. Her practice also focuses on capital market and securities regulations matters as well as corporate and governance issues.
Agathe Soilleux graduated from the French business school Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris - 1994). She also received a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas. She has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 1997.

Alex Lynch is head of Weil's Capital Markets practice and is based in New York. His practice focuses on the representation of companies, particularly private equity-backed portfolio companies in a wide range of industries, including consumer, technology, healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, energy and manufacturing, as well as leading investment banks and private equity firms.
Alex has extensive experience in equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, acquisition related financings, strategic investments and private placements. He also advises boards of public and private companies on general corporate and public company reporting matters and Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance issues.
Alex has advised issuers and underwriters on over 150 public equity and debt offerings. Over the past few years, he has focused on IPOs and equity offerings for private equity backed portfolio companies and private equity sponsors, as counsel to issuers, underwriters and selling stockholders.

Amy Rubin is an Executive Compensation & Benefits partner in Weil's Tax Department and is based in New York. Amy's practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA matters.
Amy regularly counsels publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as their boards of directors and compensation committees, on matters involving employee benefits and executive compensation. She is instrumental in the Firm's corporate practice, providing employee benefits and executive compensation advice for private equity transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, reorganizations, financing transactions and ongoing company operations. In addition, she has extensive experience in negotiation, design and implementation of executive employment and separation arrangements, equity and cash incentive plans, deferred compensation plans and other compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans.
