Stella Halpin

Stella is a highly experienced Osteopath having qualified from The British School of Osteopathy in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy. She began her career as one of the original practitioners at The Redgrave Clinic and also ran her own private practice which included providing Osteopathy in GP surgeries, sports clubs and industry. Stella practices structural Osteopathy using combinations of massage and soft tissue work, stretching and gentle joint manipulation and compliments her treatment with advice on posture and exercise tailored to each patient she treats. Her approach to practice is varied depending on the individual she is treating and she is interested in treating people of all ages and levels of fitness. She brings a wealth of experience and professionalism in diagnosing, treating and preventing a variety of musculoskeletal problems ranging from low back, neck and joint pain to headaches, sciatica, arthritis and postural issues. Stella is a former member of the National Women's Rowing squad and continues to have a keen interest in sport and fitness and has treated many athletes of all levels over the years from Olympic gold medalists to club level sports enthusiasts. She also enjoys helping people of all ages new to exercise or those looking for gentle ways improve their strength, flexibility and general well-being. Stella is a registered healthcare provider with Bupa, AXA/PPP and all major health insurance companies. She is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
