Alan Ng is currently Executive Director of Move to Where Inc., a global business and immigration consulting company. He also owns and operates an accounting practice providing start-ups and SME companies with management consulting services. In addition, he has started up a business in the education sector. He is a current member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in China and sits on the Investment Committee.
He has over 15 years of Leadership and Finance experience working in Canadian, United Kingdom and German financial institutions. He has an extensive background in management consulting and has strong interests in government and economic affairs on a global and local scale.

As a leader in driving the development of a strong sustainable investing strategy at TD Wealth, Andrea has developed and is implementing a program for the Advice Channel. In addition, she provides advice to organizations and individuals as they seek to align their missions and values with their investments.
As one of the Canadian banking industry's only dedicated subject matter experts for the charitable sector, Andrea Robertson helps hundreds of non-profit organizations across Canada to develop prudent investment policies, address governance and financial considerations, and implement ethical investing requirements.
Utilizing her sector and governance expertise, Andrea helps individuals who are starting their own Private Foundation to navigate the complexities of governance, investment management, and establishing a vision and mission.
Prior to joining TD, Andrea worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry. She is currently on the board of ACCES Employment as well as a board member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners Foundation. Andrea is frequently asked to speak on a range of topics including charitable financial governance and responsible investing and has appeared on BNN and TVO. She has a long history of volunteerism.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and her MBA from Columbia University. She has recently attained her Family Enterprise Advisor accreditation.
Annayah Jean (AJ) Fernandez Rivera is a managing director at Accenture, based in Toronto. AJ has been with Accenture for 25 years and currently leads technology sales and delivery for the Products client group. Her day-to-day involves working with clients to identify and implement ways that technology can transform their businesses into becoming high performance enterprises. This could range from strategizing on full-scale digital transformation, to deploying teams to deliver efficiencies, to honing in on where an organization's most impactful insights are and developing ways to analyze and extract value in data. She has worked in Asia, Europe, and North America performing both delivery and sales roles. To date, AJ has helped grow Accenture's Technology business across various Fortune 500 companies.
AJ is passionate about giving back to the community. She led the partnership of Accenture and Pasarelle Numerique's CSR initiative where Accenture provided $1.2M for a 3-year education program. The partnership's goal is to provides access to IT education for the most underprivileged youth of the Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam.
In addition, AJ is the executive sponsor of Accenture Canada's PRIDE ERG, the co-executive sponsor for Women in Technology, and the Accenture Canada Technology D&I lead. In these various diversity roles, AJ works with Accenture leaders to make Accenture the best place to work where people can bring their authentic selves.

Brian G. Bachand is Founder and CEO of Evolution Evolution in Toronto. Brian joined Boyden from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, where he led the Faculty's Advancement program as Executive Director. Prior to the University of Toronto, Brian led a highly effective fundraising team at NYU Langone Medical Center in Manhattan as Executive Director. His team met and exceeded the goals of annual giving, major gifts, and capital campaigns.
He also served as Director of Corporate Development for the American Cancer Society, responsible for all corporate development activities with Fortune 500 companies within metropolitan New York. He started his career with the Archdiocese of Boston.
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Steubenville, and his Master of Divinity from Saint John's in Boston; he received the John King Mussio Award for alumni in leadership. Elliot Pobjoy is an executive leader and lawyer who has led companies and organizations in the private, health tech, not-for-profit and public sectors. Elliot is currently the founder of Clinical Pulse Media Corp.
Previously, Elliot was the senior vice-president and managing director of a publicly-traded health technology company and co-CEO of War Child Canada, an award-winning global humanitarian organization. Elliot has also served in various political public service and law roles. Elliot trained and practiced law at Goodmans LLP, one of Canada's leading corporate law firms, where he supported and advised diverse and international clientele on complex legal matters and transactions.
Elliot has held senior advisory roles to Cabinet Ministers, including Chief of Staff and Director of Policy, at various large ministries in the Government of Ontario. He led multi-billion-dollar projects and programs as the prime lead for some of Canada's largest provincial ministries. Committed to social justice and development, Elliot has worked at, volunteered for, and served on boards of charities and non-profits at home and abroad. Lucille D'Souza is Vice-President, Associate General Counsel, Strategy & Operations for RBC Law Group based in Toronto. The Strategy team provides legal support for IP, Marketing & Sponsorship, Canadian & U.S. Regulatory, Real Estate, Procurement and Strategy matters at RBC. The Operations team is responsible for external counsel relationships, innovation of RBC Law Group's practices and technology, e-Discovery and business measurement & reporting.
Lucille was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 1998. Prior to joining RBC in November 2000, Lucille worked as an associate in the Toronto Business Law Group of a Canadian law firm providing advice on corporate and securities law matters.
Lucille then joined RBC's Law Group. In past roles at RBC, Lucille was Head, Subsidiary Governance Office, a global centre of subsidiary governance excellence and expertise, with legal professionals in eight locations world-wide.
In her twenty+ years at RBC, Lucille has worked on many large M&A transactions and complex re-structuring projects that have resulted in the creation of a number of regulated bank subsidiaries in Canada and jurisdictions world-wide.
Lucille is the Chair of RBC's Bank Act (Business Powers) Committee. From February 2010 until May 2013, Lucille co-chaired the Diversity Committee for RBC's General Counsel Group. In recognition of her efforts to support diversity and inclusion, Lucille was awarded the 2011 Lexpert Zenith Award for diversity action by in-house legal departments. Lucille was also profiled in Amoi magazine as well as Women of Influence magazine. Lucille has participated in panel discussions regarding subsidiary governance, diversity and women.
Miguel A. Lopez. is a Supply Chain and Operations management professional with more than 25 years' experience in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry. Miguel migrated from Mexico in 2006 and secured his first job in Canada as a Supply Chain consultant for Accenture Canada through ACCES Employment.
Since then, Miguel has volunteered with ACCES in a number of different capacities including developing class exercises for the Supply Chain Connections program, serving on the Supply Chain Connections Advisory Committee, participating in numerous Speed Mentoring Events including the Connectors program and numerous times as guest speaker for the Supply Chain Connections Program. He was subsequently selected as the Walk of Fame Alumni Champion in 2015.
Miguel currently works as the General Manager|VP of Operations for Coltene-SciCan, Coltene-SciCan has hired ACCES alumni in the areas of Purchasing, Demand Planning and Industrial Engineering as well as developing and mentoring professionals from India, Iran, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, the Philippines and China among many in the areas of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Operations management. Miguel has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, a master's degree in Sciences and an MBA from the Laurier School of Business and Economics at the Toronto campus.

Raly Chakarova is the Executive Director of the BOLT Charitable Foundation, which helps under-resourced youth in the GTA connect to careers in construction.
Prior to this role, Raly was the Director of Policy at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, leading its work on talent, trade, and business competitiveness. A big reason for joining the BOLT Foundation was to put the principles of that report into practice.
As a former senior advisor to provincial cabinet ministers, including Ontario's Minister of Economic Development and Growth, Raly has an in-depth and practical understanding of government policy.
Raly is a Board Member of ACCES Employment, a member of RESCON's Anti-Racism Roundtable, and member of the Women in Construction Committee at George Brown College. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University and a Specialist in International Development and Political Science from University of Toronto.
Sharon Connolly is a seasoned business professional. She spent more than 20 years in commercial lending and real estate financing with BDC. In her most recent roles she supported women and newcomer entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals. Sharon endeavours to lead her teams to provide the best possible solutions to meet client needs. This is accomplished by working effectively with business partners to determine not only financing but operational needs of clients. She holds a BBA from the University of Prince Edward Island and an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University.

Titi Akinsanmi is a Public Policy thought leader on the digital economy focused on shaping an enabling environment for innovation. A thought leader, coach and mentor, Titi has served as a Berkman Klein Fellow (Faculty of Law, Harvard University from 2018 - 2020); an advisory and steering committee Board member at GoodID, with the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on the Digital Economy and on the strategy and advisory team on Digital Identity.
Titi is a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on the 4th Industrial Revolution of the UNDP (Africa) and serves on the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Digital Economy (StartUpBill.NG) for Nigeria. She sits on the board of nonprofits like the Alliance for Affordable Internet, Yemi Shyllon Museum of Arts and Junior Achievement amongst others.
She has spent the last two decades - globally - advising, speaking and delivering on laws and policies connecting the public, civil and private sectors. Her expertise is discerning which, where, and how regulations and policies help harness digital opportunities while mediating its emerging tensions, addressing gaps and building sustainable allies. She is the Global Policy team lead for Google Assistant and Hardware having previously led the cluster for the global tech giant as the Government affairs and Public policy lead for West & Francophone Africa.
She holds a Master's Degree in Law specializing in Privacy and Cybersecurity (Osgoode Law) and a Masters in Public Policy & Development Management (Uni. of Witwatersrand).

Tolu Ajise currently holds the position of Coordinator of Accounting Services at the City of Burlington where she manages a team with overall responsibility for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions of the City and serves as the finance liaison between the City and the Local Culture Boards which include the Art Gallery of Burlington, Burlington Public Library, Performing Arts Centre, and the Museums providing finance and accounting guidance.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with an MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania, Tolu uses her expertise and management skills to lead high impact teams while working directly with executives at the C-Level.
