Andrea Robertson

As a leader in driving the development of a strong sustainable investing strategy at TD Wealth, Andrea has developed and is implementing a program for the Advice Channel. In addition, she provides advice to organizations and individuals as they seek to align their missions and values with their investments. As one of the Canadian banking industry's only dedicated subject matter experts for the charitable sector, Andrea Robertson helps hundreds of non-profit organizations across Canada to develop prudent investment policies, address governance and financial considerations, and implement ethical investing requirements. Utilizing her sector and governance expertise, Andrea helps individuals who are starting their own Private Foundation to navigate the complexities of governance, investment management, and establishing a vision and mission. Prior to joining TD, Andrea worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry. Annayah Jean

Annayah Jean (AJ) Fernandez Rivera is a managing director at Accenture, based in Toronto. AJ has been with Accenture for 25 years and currently leads technology sales and delivery for the Products client group. Her day-to-day involves working with clients to identify and implement ways that technology can transform their businesses into becoming high performance enterprises. This could range from strategizing on full-scale digital transformation, to deploying teams to deliver efficiencies, to honing in on where an organization's most impactful insights are and developing ways to analyze and extract value in data. She has worked in Asia, Europe, and North America performing both delivery and sales roles. To date, AJ has helped grow Accenture's Technology business across various Fortune 500 companies. AJ is passionate about giving back to the community. She led the partnership of Accenture and Pasarelle Numerique's CSR initiative where Accenture provided $1.2M for a 3-year education program. Elliot Pobjoy

Elliot Pobjoy is an executive leader and lawyer who has led companies and organizations in the private, health tech, not-for-profit and public sectors. Elliot is currently the founder of Clinical Pulse Media Corp. Previously, Elliot was the senior vice-president and managing director of a publicly-traded health technology company and co-CEO of War Child Canada, an award-winning global humanitarian organization. Elliot has also served in various political public service and law roles. Elliot trained and practiced law at Goodmans LLP, one of Canada's leading corporate law firms, where he supported and advised diverse and international clientele on complex legal matters and transactions. Elliot has held senior advisory roles to Cabinet Ministers, including Chief of Staff and Director of Policy, at various large ministries in the Government of Ontario. The Operations team is responsible for external counsel relationships, innovation of RBC Law Group's practices and technology, e-Discovery and business measurement & reporting. Lucille was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 1998. Prior to joining RBC in November 2000, Lucille worked as an associate in the Toronto Business Law Group of a Canadian law firm providing advice on corporate and securities law matters. Lucille then joined RBC's Law Group. In past roles at RBC, Lucille was Head, Subsidiary Governance Office, a global centre of subsidiary governance excellence and expertise, with legal professionals in eight locations world-wide. In her twenty+ years at RBC, Lucille has worked on many large M&A transactions and complex re-structuring projects that have resulted in the creation of a number of regulated bank subsidiaries in Canada and jurisdictions world-wide. Miguel A. Lopez

Miguel A. Lopez. is a Supply Chain and Operations management professional with more than 25 years' experience in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry. Miguel migrated from Mexico in 2006 and secured his first job in Canada as a Supply Chain consultant for Accenture Canada through ACCES Employment. Since then, Miguel has volunteered with ACCES in a number of different capacities including developing class exercises for the Supply Chain Connections program, serving on the Supply Chain Connections Advisory Committee, participating in numerous Speed Mentoring Events including the Connectors program and numerous times as guest speaker for the Supply Chain Connections Program. He was subsequently selected as the Walk of Fame Alumni Champion in 2015. Raly Chakarova

Raly Chakarova is the Executive Director of the BOLT Charitable Foundation, which helps under-resourced youth in the GTA connect to careers in construction. Prior to this role, Raly was the Director of Policy at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, leading its work on talent, trade, and business competitiveness. A big reason for joining the BOLT Foundation was to put the principles of that report into practice. As a former senior advisor to provincial cabinet ministers, including Ontario's Minister of Economic Development and Growth, Raly has an in-depth and practical understanding of government policy. Raly is a Board Member of ACCES Employment, a member of RESCON's Anti-Racism Roundtable, and member of the Women in Construction Committee at George Brown College. Sharon Connolly

Sharon Connolly is a seasoned business professional. She spent more than 20 years in commercial lending and real estate financing with BDC. In her most recent roles she supported women and newcomer entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals. Sharon endeavours to lead her teams to provide the best possible solutions to meet client needs. Tolu Ajise - Treasurer
