Kevin Young is a Southwest Missouri native from Marshfield who served in the Marines for six years before attending law school. Mr. Young received a bachelor's degree in history from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, and his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Kevin Young was a senior editor of the Regent Journal for Law and Public Policy and served as the Legal Research and Writing Coordinator for the Regent University Moot Court Board. After law school, Mr. Young joined the Greene County Prosecutor's Office, serving as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Mr. Young prosecuted felony property and white-collar crime cases and later worked in the Major Crimes Unit, where he prosecuted serious drug cases. Mr. Young has litigated personal injury cases exclusively since 2016. Mr. Young is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. He has participated as a guest lecturer at Drury University on the subjects of torts and animal law. Mr. Young lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with his wife, Olivia, and two children. Kyle M. Sanford

Kyle M. Sanford joined Peterson & Associates, P.C. as an associate in January 2013. Before joining the firm, Mr. Sanford clerked at two area plaintiff's firms for two years, where he learned valuable skills that have undoubtedly helped him successfully transition to the firm. In 2009, Mr. Sanford graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate. He graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in May 2012. Mr. Sanford is a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar. He is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Nicholas S. Clevenger joined Peterson & Associates, P.C. as an associate in April 2005. Before joining the firm, Mr. Clevenger clerked at the firm for over a year, gaining valuable experience in the practice areas of personal injury, pharmaceutical and medical malpractice, and mass tort litigation. Since joining the firm, Mr. Clevenger has exclusively represented the injured. In 2001, Mr. Clevenger graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Business Administration. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in December 2004. Mr. Clevenger is a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar. In addition, Mr. Clevenger is also a member in good standing of many federal courts, including the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the District of Kansas, the Central District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Clevenger's practice focuses on mass tort litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical device claims. A sample of Mr. Clevenger's experience involves claims regarding multiple birth control products, implantable mesh products used to repair hernias and pelvic organ prolapse, orthopedic products, such as knee and hip replacements, and products liability cases involving glyphosate and earplugs, to name a few. Ross Paczkowski joined Peterson & Associates, P.C. in July 2017. His practice emphasizes personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking incidents, dangerous premises, dog bites, and other personal injury matters. Mr. Paczkowski graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. He then attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor and Masters in Accountancy. During law school, Mr. Paczkowski clerked for Peterson & Associates, P.C. in the personal injury and mass tort divisions.
