Amy joined the firm in 2011 with a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Amy has more than 10 years experience in the accounting field specializing in accounting software, creating, and maintaining bookkeeping systems, and helping small business clients with their accounting needs.
Carrie has been working with individuals and small business clients in the Niagara Peninsula for over 30 years. She has a wide range of experience in providing accounting, income tax and general business consulting services.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Business Administration from Brock University, with over 20 years of work experience in the accounting field, marked by dedication and passion for continuous learning.
Dave is well familiar with the details and current changes in the Income Tax Act. With over 30 years experience, Dave has been involved in most areas of taxation and devotes full time to tax matters.
Dylan began employment with Jones & O'Connell LLP as a Staff Accountant in 2023. Dylan holds both Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University where he graduated with first class standing. He was also inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society and placed on the Dean's Honours List. He successfully completed the Common Final Examination in September 2023.
Edgar joined the firm after graduating from Niagara College in October 2021 and possesses a university degree from UADY Mexico in September 2006. He worked in manufacturing for over 15 years before moving to Canada. Edgar enjoys using new technologies to perform his activities. He performs compilations, prepares corporate returns, bookkeeping, and support to the assurance team when needed.

Edwin joined the firm after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005 and obtained his CA designation in March 2008.
As Senior Audit Manager, Edwin is involved in majority of the firm's assurance and internal engagements. He focuses on credit unions, junior public companies in particular to the mining industry and non-profit organizations.
With a strong understanding of various regulatory requirements such as rules and guidelines established by FSRA and FINTRC, Edwin is able to design various internal audit programs and modules for credit unions.
Edwin has experience in identifying key audit risks, significant audit issues and dealing with complex assurance and accounting issues.
In addition, he has specialized computer experience relating to the acquisition of data and the analysis thereof from a variety of accounting and banking systems, including the development of various financial models to help improve operational efficiencies.
Edwin currently is a Treasurer and Director on two Boards of local non-profit organizations. He had also held various roles as Chair and Vice Chair and sat on various committees, such as the executive committee and audit committee.
Eghosa is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) with particular interest in internal auditing. He has over 15 years of experience in diverse areas such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and transportation.
Hunter began employment with Jones & O'Connell as a Senior Accountant in 2022.
Hunter holds both Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University where he graduated with first class standing. He was also inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society and placed on the Dean's Honours List.
Hunter obtained his CPA designation in February 2024.
Hunter joined the firm during his first co-op term at Jones & O'Connell LLP in 2021. He is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in accounting from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
Jamie first joined the firm in 2020 as a co-op student. She has since graduated from Brock University's Honours Bachelor of Accounting program and is currently pursuing her CPA designation. Jamie is involved with both the firm's external audit engagements as well as its credit union services.
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Jared began employment with Jones & O'Connell LLP as a Senior Accountant in 2023. Jared holds both Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University where he graduated with first class standing. He successfully completed the Common Final Examination in September 2022.
Kyle has been working with Jones & O'Connell LLP since his first co-operative education term in 2019. He graduated with a Master of Accountancy degree from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and obtained his CPA designation in February 2024. Kyle is now working as a Senior Accountant, performing work in both internal and external audit engagements.
Nick began employment with Jones & O'Connell LLP as a Staff Accountant in 2023. Nick holds both Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University where he graduated with first class standing. He was also inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key Honour Societies, and placed on the Dean's Honours List every year. He successfully completed the Common Final Examination in September 2023.
A Staff Accountant at Jones & O'Connell LLP since September 2023, Pari brings eight years of diverse professional experience in accounting and finance. A dedicated CPA student with dual master's degrees in Managerial Accounting and Professional Accounting, A proud member of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS). Ryan became a partner of the firm in 2020. Ryan joined the firm after graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Accounting in 2007, obtained his CA and LPA designations in 2009, and his CPA designation in 2012. Ryan has also worked in private industry, as the financial manager of a collection of resort parks. Shayne is pursuing an honours undergraduate degree in accounting from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. He began employment with Jones & O'Connell LLP as a co-op student in 2023.
Sneha is pursuing an honours undergraduate degree in accounting. She became a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma in 2023 (awarded for the top 10% undergraduates amongst the faculty). Sneha is a CPA and ACCA student. KPMG Scholarship awarded in first year for exceptional academic standing.
Wayne provides a wide array of audit, accounting, income tax and consulting services as engagement partner to numerous clients spread throughout many industry sectors. Wayne is the firm's industry leader for the provision of all types of services to public companies, credit unions and other licensed public accounting firms. Wayne also utilizes his 30 years of experience in public accounting in his role as the firm's quality leader and is responsible for the overall quality of the firm's delivery of assurance engagements to clients. Wayne currently is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the CPA Ontario practice inspection committee. Wayne previously served on the board of a public company and various other not for profit boards and committees in the past.
