Daniel Phelan

Daniel Phelan has more than three decades' experience with GlaxoSmithKline, half that time as member of the company's corporate executive team. As GSK's chief of staff, Phelan was advisor to three chief executives and had global responsibility for corporate strategy & development, information technology, facilities, security, environmental health & safety, human resources, and employee health & safety. He retired from GSK in 2012. Phelan is a Board Director of TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics), and is chairman of the company's management development & compensation committee. He is also a board member of Indivior, a member of the advisory board of G&W Laboratories, and is a member of Rutgers University's Board of Trustees. A graduate of Rutgers College, Phelan earned an MA from The Ohio State University and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law. Dan was named to the Board of Trustees of Rutgers University in 2013, and has been a member of the Board of Overseers since 2009. He is a member of the Boards of WHYY, Greater Philadelphia's leading public media provider and The Fairmount Park Conservancy, which oversees the park system for the city of Philadelphia. He was co-chair of the Corporate Executive Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art from 2011-2012. He has also been a lecturer on comparative corporate governance at the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations Executive Master's Program. He was the recipient of the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award from Rutgers University Law School. Dan has published in the areas of CEO succession and onboarding and public sector collective bargaining. His most recent publications are "Picking the Right Insider for CEO Succession" in the January 2009 Harvard Business Review and "Vision and Substance: The CHRO's Role in Successful CEO Onboarding" in HR Directions 2015.

Daniel Wade

An 18-year pharmaceutical industry executive, Daniel Wade is the Federal Managed Care Executive for a major pharmaceutical company. Wade has spearheaded new product launches, developed marketing strategies, and directed life cycle management and product promotion. Wade currently manages the entire federal channel pharmaceutical portfolio in Florida. Wade has extensive experience with both government-funded and private sector funded programs, particularly in pricing strategies and sales pull-through. Prior to working in the pharmaceutical industry, Wade had ten years of experience industrial application in the specialty metals industry; he has also worked with the medical supply, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Wade has a bachelor's degree in business from Cleveland State University, and attended Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Executive Management Program.

David McLaren

David McLaren is a co-founder of Periodic Products Inc. and directs the development of the Company's expanding markets and product families. McLaren established the company's highly successful CuLatorĀ® line, and is currently spearheading Periodic Products' advances in eco-friendly plastics, synthetic fiber extrusion, and fabric media. An accomplished product design innovator, McLaren was a co-founder of Circa 1801, where he developed advanced woven material lines. These new materials were adopted by consumer goods manufacturers worldwide for creating residential and commercial furniture, wallpapers, apparel, and luggage. Before joining Periodic Products, McLaren was the president of his own design firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in Textiles Technology from North Carolina State University. McLaren is a an advocate for sustainability and corporate environmental responsibility. As Vice President, Business & Product Development, he ensures that the Company's products address the needs of consumers while supporting responsible manufacturing and user application.

John McCue

John McCue has had an extensive career in financial services, much of that time with AIG (American International Group). McCue served in a number of executive management roles at AIG's Transatlantic Reinsurance division, and at the parent company's headquarters in New York City. After earning a law degree from Suffolk University Law School, McCue joined Verisk Analytics, the world's largest holder and provider of data, as its chief marketing officer and executive vice president. McCue expanded Verisk's client base into the banking, retail, automotive and government agency markets. Now retired, McCue is actively involved in numerous community organizations including Sarasota Architectural Foundation and Have Art Will Travel.

Joseph Laurino is the President and founder of Periodic Products Inc., and is the inventor of the Company's proprietary polymer technology. Dr. Laurino has extensive biomedical research experience with several Fortune 100 companies, and has orchestrated the development, FDA approval, and production of eight medical device products generating more than $300 million in revenues. Prior to founding Periodic Products, Dr. Laurino was a professor of chemistry at the University of Tampa; director of operations and corporate officer for Spectral Diagnostics Inc. (Toronto/Virginia), a manufacturer of point-of-care cardiac diagnostic test products; senior vice president of research & development for ABS, a pharmaceuticals and medical devices company; clinical laboratory director and assistant professor at Brown University's Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island; and a senior scientist at Technicon Instruments (now Bayer Diagnostics) and Roche Diagnostics. Dr. Laurino received a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the University of Tampa, and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Georgetown University. He has been awarded both National Institutes of Health and Juvenile Diabetes Foundation Fellowships, and has authored or co-authored over 65 papers, books and abstracts. In his current role, Dr. Laurino governs the Company's scientific research and technology development, and has significantly expanded the Company's patent portfolio, product applications, and international market reach. Dr. Laurino also serves as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

Melvin Seid

Melvin Seid is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He received his MD from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, and completed his residency in OB/GYN at Wake Forest University's Baptist Medical Center, where he served as administrative chief resident. Dr. Seid is a partner emeritus of Lyndhurst Gynecologic Associates, where he was the Director of Clinical Research from 1999 to 2015. Dr. Seid has been the principal investigator in over 50 clinical trials, and has published in several peer reviewed scientific journals, including American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also chairman emeritus of the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center (NHFMC), where he led a staff of over 50 obstetricians/gynecologists managing over 6,000 deliveries annually.
