"Educate, enrich and empower to make a difference" is the mandate of Psychotherapeutic Services, founded in 1988 as a private-public partnership with the State of Delaware, to deliver services to persons with serious mental illness. PS has since grown into a large multi-service organization offering genuine caring and hope to thousands of youth, adults and families with behavioral health issues including substance use, co-occurring disorders, juvenile justice, criminal justice, social welfare reform, and cognitive and intellectual disabilities in Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina and Florida.
