Douglas P. Scripture holds a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, an MS in Taxation from Walsh College, Troy, Michigan & an MA (with honors) in Counseling Psychology and nearly completed his Doctoral studies in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University. His experience includes over twenty-five years of professional recruiting. In addition, Doug was a Partner and Co-Founder of Preferred Resources, LLC (from 1993 to 2007), a professional recruiting and placement firm. Areas of focus have been engineering, manufacturing operations, information technology, accounting and finance. Doug is the owner and founder of Scripture & Associates, a human resources consulting firm, where he performs psychological testing and personnel consulting services for business clients. A strategic thinker in human resources management, Doug co-developed SymmetricHR®, a dynamic software tool that incorporates a symmetric approach in the hiring and retention processes. In addition to his 25 plus years of recruiting, Doug has taught various accounting, management, psychology, counseling and math courses for Davenport University (Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo) from 1981 to 2001 and is currently an adjunct instructor for University of Phoenix, where he instructs in psychology, counseling, accounting, and mathematics. In addition, at Spring Arbor University, he instructs in psychological testing, assessment, and career counseling as well as instructing in Human Resources Management for Cornerstone University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Doug has helped individuals in career planning, dealing with psychological trauma, stress, conflict resolution, relationships, and anxiety. Earlier experience includes ten years as a tax accountant both in industry (six years with Fortune 500 manufacturer) and public accounting. Doug is a CPA and combines his accounting, business and psychology backgrounds to better understand the unique needs of todays businesses. His love of recruiting that spanned over two decades has caused him to return to that field again, joining Quality Search. Doug has four sons ranging in age from 32 to 9 and resides in Kalamazoo, Michigan. His other interests include Skiing, playing Bridge and singing Karaoke.

Prior to Co-Founding "The Wolfe Group", Jeff Wolfe had a very successful Sales and Sales Management career spanning three decades with several Fortune 500 companies. This included Pitney Bowes, Polycom Corporation and Xerox Corporation where he was a leading performer in Sales and Sales Management for 18 years! In 1988, Mr. Wolfe began recruiting, representing Quality Search. Eventually he, along with his son David, eventually formed The Wolfe Group together. In 2007, The Wolfe Group purchased Quality Search when the founder, Jim Jeselnick retired after 27 years at the helm. Mr. Wolfe lives in Chesterton Indiana, near Chicago, and is the father of three sons, one daughter and has five grandsons. His hobbies include doing things with his grandchildren, sailing, biking, running, writing and traveling.

Prior to joining Quality Search in 2005 as a Research Assistant, Judy Bouchard was involved in Special Learning programs with Special Needs individuals where she helped people to re-invent their life styles. Her experience working with people and her strong desire to help has made her an invaluable asset to the Quality Search Team. Judy first attended the University of Michigan where she studied Horticulture and Landscaping, later switching to Olivete College where she focused on Liberal Arts. Her ambition has enabled her to rise to the role of the Senior Researcher at the firm. She is the proud parent of two adult children, Erik and Ashley, and just recently a grandson named Dayton. Judy resides in Chesterton Indiana and her main interest is being with her family and her hobbies are running, cycling and sailing.

Peter Nye came to Quality Search after a 20 year career in the Financial and Commodity Markets. While a member of The Chicago Board of Trade, he was a partner at GEOFFREY Brokerage LTD. His clients included Iowa Grain, Merrill Lynch, Prudential-Bach, Cargill and ADM among others. He has helped to develop and implement psychological aptitude tests for key employee selection and has management experience. Peter has worked with top Fortune 500 companies, building long term client relationships and developing networks of colleagues that were based on trust and integrity. In is leisure time, Peter is still very active in the Arts and Entertainment world as a musician, promoter and producer. When not at his desk, he has been sighted In Silver Dollar City, MO or Nashville, TN performing his own music or helping others with theirs. Other favorite pastimes that he enjoys are hunting, fly fishing, gardening and artistic painting. Life experiences, a warm and friendly personality as well as a caring attitude have served Pete well in his recruiting endeavors. Quality Search is fortunate to have Pete on the recruitment team.
