Anton holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Estate Management which is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, from the University of Central England, Birmingham Anton has also obtained a Diploma in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying (Hons.) from the University of Technology, Kingston, Jamaica. Mr. Rodrigues is a Licensed Appraiser and Salesman with the Bahamas Real Estate Association. He has more than 30 years experience in the Built Environment having worked in the public sector as a Senior Valuation Officer and in the private sector as an Appraiser. Mr. Rodrigues expertise include valuation surveying, land management, property management and appraisals.

Basil started working at Scotiabank Bahamas Ltd as a part time employee shortly after graduating from Queens College High School in 1996. He would eventually return to Scotiabank as full time employee in 2005 after spending a few years abroad.
During his time at Scotiabank he fulfilled a number of customer focused positions including Bank Teller, Custer Service Rep. and Credit Fraud Analysts before finding his job that brought him the most joy, Data Officer within Scotiabank's Information Support Center. It was here that Basil felt an overwhelming sense of pride and joy helping his fellow coworkers with their computer issues and assisting them with finding resolutions.

Tex Turnquest, MRICS graduated from Nova Scotia Land Survey Institute, Canada and later Institute for Aerospace and Earth Sciences (ITC) Holland, with a certificate and diploma respectively in Cartography. He completed professional studies in Valuation and Estate Management at Hammersmith and West London College, London, England, for external assessment by the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA), London, England. In 1991, he was elected a Professional Associate of ISVA and following its merger with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Mr. Turnquest became a Professional Member of RICS which entitles him to use the designation MRICS. In 1997, he was appointed Government Approved Assessor. Mr. Turnquest accumulated a wealth of experience in Estate Management and Valuation at Department of Lands and Surveys where he served for over thirty five years in various capacities including Valuation Surveyor and ultimately Director.
