Gavin is a highly qualified and experienced board-level CIO/CTO who has brought numerous successful products to market in diverse technology areas. He has worked with start-ups, SMEs and blue chips, and has created novel products from initial concept as well as helping deliver some of the largest banking and government projects in Europe. He has experience in everything from embedded digital circuits to massively-scaled military and banking installations. His background ranges across technical, organisational, regulatory and management areas with a strong focus on building technology organisations and defining product strategy.

Jane is a CodeClan graduate after changing her career from photography several years ago. She started her front end development career with a Fintech Start-up in Glasgow before joining the development arm at Vivoution. Her creative background is vital to her role, where she brings beautiful product designs to life. Main coding languages she likes to work with are Javascript, HTML, CSS.

Kevin has over 20 years experience preparing & delivering investment strategies for start up and early stage technology companies, securing investment in excess of £10m. Kevin also provides business, marketing and funding advice to companies that have received SMART and Innovation funding from Scottish Enterprise. The objective of this support is to identify and then help resolve the immediate risks to product development and business growth.

Mark has worked at director level within the technology sector for over 15 years, with a background in commercialisation of Software technology companies. He has experience and expertise in SaaS business modelling, investment strategy, growth funding and wholesale business change. Mark has led M&A activity for a global software acquisition vehicle, led a technology investment fund and currently acts as director and non exec director for several tech start-ups.

Michiel is an experienced non-executive director and informal investor (with several successful exits). He is the gatekeeper of Apollo Informal Investments, shareholder in over 10 start-ups and currently a non-executive director with several of these start-ups. He has a Masters in Financial Business Economics and is a certified European Financial Analyst (EFFAS). In the past he worked as an equity analyst for a large Dutch Asset Manager.

Nicki has extensive experience working in Senior Operational/IT Management and Director roles for 12 years, from aviation, facilities management to healthcare. With a successful transition from corporate world to SME start-up environment, introducing much needed structure and support with early stage companies, allowing them to grow their business seamlessly. Key knowledge in introducing and implementing technology solutions, ranging from finance and sales to customer support and operational applications. With a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification, she has a successful track record in implementing and integrating the right technologies into both start-up and SME's. A successful operational focussed leader and organiser with substantial experience in technology software sectors

Simon has worked in digital technologies for over 20 years first as a developer then moving into management. Simon has founded and run several digital companies and also spent time as an innovation specialist working with hundreds of companies from start-ups to multi-nationals across many sectors to design and implement innovation and R&D strategies and projects. Simon has a BA in Economics, post grad qualifications in Information Management and Information Technologies as well as having completed the Entrepreneurial Development Programme at MIT.
