Ellie has been active in the North Devon property market for almost 8 years, handling both sales and rentals in this time. Having grown up in Bideford, Ellie is able to combine her good local knowledge with a professional and friendly approach which is invaluable as our Lettings Manager. Emma joined the Morris and Bott team with a strong background in customer services and customer care. As sales progressor Emma is tasked with managing the sale through from accepted offer to successful completion, ensuring your sale is at the top of the very high piles on solicitors desks. Emma's enthusiasm, calm nature, effective communication and infectious laugh, help alleviate what is seen as one of the most stressful processes.
Hannah is part of the original Morris and Bott team and she now works part time following the birth of her little boy. Hannah takes great pride in her work and her efficiency and organisation ensures that all of our Landlords, Tenants, Vendors and Buyers are kept up to date at every step of their journey with us.
Born and raised in North Devon and with a passion for travel, Jessica has over 18 years' worth of experience in the property industry, ranging from sales and lettings both nationally and internationally. Her personable approach, honesty, enthusiasm, and extensive knowledge ensures clients that they are in safe hands.
Simon, brings with him over 30 years of property experience in the holiday letting, sales and residential lettings markets. Simon would be delighted to come out and value your property and with his vast understanding of the local market offers relevant and realistic advice. He is also instrumental in the marketing side of the business.

He has mature head on those young shoulders, coupled with an enthusiasm that knows no bounds and a willingness to continually learn the industry. He is always keen to chat and is happy to assist you no matter how big or small the task may be. William is a qualified drone pilot and can often be seen out and about offering that different perspective of our homes.
