Alex Hetherington

A graduate of Business Studies from the University of Durham in 2009, Alex began his recruitment career immediately following his studies. He initially worked for a boutique search and selection firm and was involved in the recruitment of Director level positions across the UK. From there Alex decided to join a leading worldwide recruitment organisation to further enhance his expertise and gain experience in new markets areas, including temporary recruitment. His ten plus years of experience have exposed him to a variety of industry sectors and allowed him to provide staff across the permanent, temporary and contract markets.

Andrew Jamieson

After graduating from Lancaster University, Andrew commenced his career with a world leading recruitment organisation where he successfully built up a large portion of his now 17 years market experience. His focus on the accountancy & finance market has made him a real specialist across the West Yorkshire region and a true partner for numerous local businesses. His previous experience included the management of several key regional offices, which further enhanced his local knowledge. Andrew is the without doubt one of the most highly experienced and highly knowledgeable accountancy recruiters in Yorkshire, making him the only choice for an ever increasing network of clients.

Charlie Jaffry

After gaining a first class degree from the University of Huddersfield, Charlie decided to pursue a career in recruitment and make the most of his excellent personal skills. After only 3 years in recruitment, Charlie joins the JHE team with a superb reputation for always going the extra mile for his clients and candidates, as well as for his trustworthy and hard working nature. Charlie is born and raised in Halifax, and when he's not in the office he will undoubtedly be found walking the fairways of his beloved Lightcliffe Golf Club, where his hard work has paid off as he has recently become a scratch golfer.

James Kennedy

A graduate of Politics & Journalism in 2006, James took the decision to travel the world following the completion of his studies and visited South America, Asia, Europe and Australasia over an eighteen month period. After he returned James started his working life in field sales before his people skills naturally led him into the world of recruitment. Working for one of the world's largest recruitment organisations, James quickly became the local permanent & temporary recruitment expert across non-qualified accountancy and finance roles in Bradford. James has strong ties to the West Yorkshire region, being Bradford born and bred and a lifelong Bradford City Football supporter.
