A Day's Run provides project management Owner's Rep services for the luxury residential market. We work with clients who are taking on major renovations or building new homes... On behalf of the client, the firm will hire, manage and coordinate the work of architects/designers, general contractors, subcontractors and other special services as required (zoning variances, permission for coastal building, approvals for historic/preservation work, etc.). In addition, we can provide pre-design studies and feasibility reports in order to obtain a clear understanding of the project, including costs. Independent project management, as provided by A Day's Run, makes rigorous planning, coordination and oversight central tenets of its work...
