TURNPIKE SOUTH

A.H. at Turnpike South Community Development District (the "District") is a local unit of special-purpose government of the State of Florida established in accordance with the Uniform Community Development District Act of 1980, Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as amended and by Ordinance No.12-60 of the Board of County Commissioners of Miami Dade County, Florida (the "County"), effective July 17, 2012, and Established on July 27, 2012. The original boundaries of the District were expanded pursuant to Ordinance No.13-93, effective October 1, 2013, and the Ordinance No.19-117, effective December 3, 2019, Ordinance Amending the boundaries. The District lands now consist of approximately 98.35 (+/-) gross acres located within the unincorporated area of the County as a residential community which is currently under development and is planned for 473 single family residential dwelling units.
