Southern Group Training Trust is an apprentice employer. We pay you the apprentice, your host company pays us for your time, and we make sure that you're learning what you need to complete your apprenticeship qualification. Our experienced, industry trained Training Managers help keep you motivated and make sure that you take the best path... Southern Group Training makes it easy for you to become a qualified tradesperson. As your employer we pay your wages and training expenses, provide you with your own personal protective equipment, and develop an individual Training Plan for you so you can complete your apprenticeship in the optimum timeframe... Southern Group Training was established in November 1999 to enable more young people, and more employers, to become involved in trade training by making it easier for them to do so.
