I have been in a corporate management role for the past 29 years. The past 6 years I have been the Used Car Manager for Frank Fletcher Toyota in Joplin Mo. Before becoming a manager at Toyota I sold cars for Mr. Fletcher for 3 years. Over the many years of my management experience I have learned that people want to be taken care of in an open and honest manner by someone with integrity and a goal of meeting their personal needs.
