Brian D. Craig

Brian D. Craig J.D., is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Capital University Law School. Brian has extensive business experience in founding and operating a wholesale national distribution business for many years. Prior to that, he was employed by his family's trucking company with interests in real estate and a logistics business. Brian uses his extensive business knowledge to assist clients with their personal and business needs. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Craig is an elected Monclova Township Trustee. He serves on committees as a volunteer at the Maumee United Methodist Church and Monclova Historical Foundation. He is currently a member of the Toledo Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association and is a member of the Maumee Rotary Club.

Jacob M. Lowenstein

Jacob M. Lowenstein is a lifelong resident of the Toledo area. After admission to the Ohio Bar in 1998, he took a position with the Trust Department of Key Bank, NA, as a Trust Officer. While there, his duties included the administration of trusts as well as advising high net worth and special needs individuals in the areas of estate and financial planning. In 2001, Jacob moved to the private practice of law. Since then, his focus has been on providing the broad spectrum of legal and business advice and litigation services required by small to medium sized business owners, employees and consumers. His areas of practice include: estate planning; contracts, business planning and transactional law; employment law; consumer law, collections and creditor/debtor issues; real estate, zoning and landlord/tenant law; construction and lien law; Workman's Compensation; and licensing and regulatory compliance. Richard P. Cuneo

Richard Cuneo, J.D., is a graduate of Miami University completing a triple major earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then returned to his hometown of Cleveland and worked in the construction and the trucking fields while preparing for law school. Since attaining his law degree, Richard has been continuously engaged in the practice of civil litigation and trial work in Ohio and Michigan. He has worked in large law firms as a partner and has served as a practice leader expanding his experience and knowledge while mentoring other attorneys. Rich has handled complicated litigation from "inception through to the grave" in numerous areas of law. However, he possesses a special interest in the trucking, construction and insurance defense legal areas. Richard utilizes his past experience and knowledge to provide personal and individual attention to his clients' needs. Richard is licensed in and has defended a wide range of civil suits in both state and federal courts in Ohio and Michigan. In his professional career, he has been involved in representing and successfully defending hundreds of clients in various matters including trucking and transportation litigation, medical/dental malpractice, products liability, professional liability, extended care negligence, premises liability, commercial, construction and general insurance matters. He has tried over thirty high profile cases and has successfully represented numerous cases with potential for very high exposure. Richard Cuneo has served as a judicial liaison to the Courts and has also been a featured speaker at seminars on legal issues. He is currently a member of several professional, Bar and Trade Associations, including the trucking industry along with community organizations in Ohio and Michigan.

Robert P. Soto

Robert P. Soto is a lifelong resident of the Toledo area. Robert attended the University of Toledo graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006. Robert then graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2009. Thereafter, he was admitted the Ohio Bar in 2009, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 2010, and the U.S.D.C. of Eastern Michigan in 2013. Robert's primary focus has been providing advice and representation in the areas of bankruptcy; social security disability, marital and family law; criminal defense; juvenile law; insurance defense; probate law; and estate planning. Robert has experience practicing before various administrative agencies, trial courts and courts of appeal.
