Our managing partner is Greg Bogdan. He has been in public accounting service since 1977. Greg holds an MBA in taxation; he has expertise and breadth of experience only found in the national CPA firms with the personal service orientation and cost-effectiveness of a smaller firm. He and Alex Frasco founded the firm in 1995; prior to 1995 he and Alex worked as tax partners at Sugarman & Company... Our professionals are experienced in all of the technical areas of taxation and accounting. We work well with a variety of people and understand that tax and accounting services require a depth of knowledge in business and finance. This requires us to be skilled at listening, answering questions clearly and in lay terms... We are committed to being responsive to our clients and providing them with a level of personal attention and service that is increasingly in short supply in today's world.
