In 2009, Robyn attained her Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Teaching from Melbourne University. A highlight of her degree was a study abroad experience in the USA performing with the University of Illinois Marching Band. She has played the euphonium and trombone with wind bands across Melbourne, including Grainger, Heidelberg and Knox Wind Symphonies. Robyn joined Boroondara Brass on euphonium in 2009 after playing with Footscray-Yarraville City Band for 5 years. Robyn met her now husband Ben through the band and they have 3 beautiful boys together. Robyn's passions include teaching emerging brass musicians and creating engaging performances. Her goal for Harmony is to create a welcoming, inclusive and social space for all our members.
