In his investment banking advisory role as the Director of Analytics and Consulting for Bundy Group, Alex Chausovsky is a trusted resource and advisor for owners and executives of privately held firms and industry trade associations on analytical, economic, and business-oriented topics.
Alex is a highly experienced market researcher and analyst with more than two decades of expertise across industries such as automation, industrial technology, healthcare, business services and manufacturing. He has consulted and advised companies throughout the U.S. and Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia.
Alex has delivered more one thousand presentations, webinars, and workshops to small businesses, trade associations, and Fortune 500 companies and is the go-to source of industry data and insights for hundreds of enterprises across a spectrum of industries.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as international travel with his family.
Andrew is an Associate at Bundy Group, bringing a decade of corporate and investment banking experience to his role. In his current role, he specializes in supporting the team's execution capacity and expanding analytical capabilities.
Prior to joining Bundy group, Andrew served as Chief Investment Officer for a start-up investment management firm, Sterling Bridge Financial Group. Preceding his brief tenure in investment management, Andrew worked in corporate and investment banking roles at PNC Capital Markets, most recently as a Vice President within the Energy coverage vertical. During his career, Andrew has executed on a broad range of financing and capital market transactions across numerous sectors.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Finance from Pennsylvania State University. He was also a competing member of Penn State's Boxing Team. He is FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, 65, & 79 registered with Bundy Group Securities, LLC, member FINRA. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Cameron Lord is a Managing Director at Bundy Group, bringing more than 20 years of advisory experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. Over the years, he has worked in various roles spanning investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. Cameron's expertise working on special projects and acquiring and selling companies from all perspectives as an advisor, buyer, and seller makes him an integral addition to the Bundy Group team.
Early in his career, Cameron worked in the M&A group at Wachovia Securities where he first met and worked alongside Bundy Group Managing Director, Clint Bundy. Shortly thereafter, Cameron worked for Austin Ventures, a venture capital and middle-market private equity investment firm with $3.9 billion in assets under management. Since then, Cameron has served as CFO and Chief Investment Officer for BASE, a private investment fund acquiring and operating e-commerce and technology companies. He also served as CFO for RF Code, the leading designer and manufacturer of active RFID critical asset tracking systems for enterprise data centers.
In his current role as Managing Director at Bundy Group, Cameron's main responsibility is leading deal teams and advisory services for sell-side engagements for middle-market businesses.
Cameron received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University. In his free time, he serves on the Executive Board and as Treasurer for the Foxcroft East Racquet and Swim Club. He can also be found playing the piano, cello, and drums, reading, tinkering with computers, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Clint Bundy has more than 20 years of investment banking experience and is based out of Bundy Group's Charlotte, NC office. Clint has advised clients in a variety of industries, including controls & automation, healthcare, technology & business services, industrials, and energy & infrastructure.
Previously, Clint worked with Wachovia Securities' Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he advised on numerous publicly and privately held transactions. During his time there, he worked across a wide range of industries, and his transaction ranges included middle market to multi-billion-dollar transactions. Prior to investment banking, Clint worked at Accenture, a technology and consulting services firm, where he served as a project financial controller both stateside and internationally.
Clint received his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from The University of Virginia and is a graduate of Wake Forest University's MBA program as a Dean's Scholar. He is FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 registered with Bundy Group Securities, LLC, member FINRA. In 2014, Clint was recognized as a ‘40 under 40' selection by the Charlotte Business Journal.
Outside of work, Clint has served on the advisory council for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte, and he enjoys spending time mountain biking and skiing with his wife and kids.
Dianna Bock brings with her more than 12 years of distinguished work experience in strategic business growth operations. A self-starter and previous business owner, Dianna's expertise lies in helping companies navigate through pivotal times of transition, whether through capital raises or a business sale using a tailored approach for each client's needs. Her industry prowess coupled with her astute knowledge of business operations makes her a strong asset to the Bundy Group team.
In her current role as Operations Director, Dianna leverages her 11-year tenure with Accenture to deliver data-driven insights in real time. Coupled with her extensive leadership experience in her previous role as CEO and Co-Founder of Hustle House Fitness, a boutique fitness brand where she oversaw and delivered key market analytics, procured funding, and managed full scale commercial build out, Dianna assists in streamlining internal operations and achieving tangible results for Bundy Group and its clients.
Dianna received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA before receiving her Master of Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Dianna currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Aaron, and her two children and two dogs. She is a certified personal trainer who enjoys staying active with a new love for tennis and, most importantly, enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Drew Thomas is a Director at Bundy Group, bringing with him over 20 years of extensive experience in the Physician Practice Management sector, which includes Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Drew's wealth of knowledge and understanding of the dynamic clinical and aesthetic environment allows him to leverage his industry expertise and strong rolodex of relationships to further Bundy Group's leadership in the Healthcare & Wellness sector.
Jim Mullens has more 20 years of investment banking experience and is based out of Bundy Group's Virginia office. His sector experience and closed deal track record includes fire & security, rail services, manufacturing, and business services.
Prior to joining Bundy Group, Jim worked in business development and technology-related roles in the insurance and software engineering industries, serving both public and private company clients.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics and Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College. He is FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registered with Bundy Group Securities, LLC, member FINRA.
An active member in his community, Jim's volunteer work has included Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southwest Virginia and serving on the board and as Past President of Pathfinders for Greenways. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, running, biking, and exploring the great outdoors.
Jordan brings more than eight years of management, operations, and finance experience to Bundy Group and specializes in expanding the company's client service delivery and analytical capabilities. His expertise allows him to look beyond the data and provide actionable insights and anticipate topics that will be critical to the company's processes.
Prior to joining the team, Jordan most recently served as a Chief Financial Officer for a western U.S.-based industrial services company, where he led the firm through multiple add-on acquisitions, year-over-year financial growth, and an eventual business sale, followed by the subsequent integration with a private equity-backed strategic buyer.
Jordan is a graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is FINRA Series 63 and 79 registered with Bundy Group Securities, LLC, member FINRA.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors of Montana with his wife and kids.
Lorenc Biqiku brings more than nine years of investment banking experience to Bundy Group and works out of the organization's Toronto office. His specialties include client engagement service and supporting relationship management efforts for Bundy Group's industry verticals. Lorenc has strong experience across a range of industries, including controls & automation, energy & power, healthcare, industrials, and technology.
Lorenc is multilingual and speaks Albanian, English, Italian, and Greek. Lorenc graduated cum laude from University of Teramo in Italy with a Bachelor of Arts and master's degree in Political Science. In addition, Lorenc earned an ‘Expert in International Business Strategies' designation from the Italian Ministry of Labor in 2012.
In his spare time, Lorenc enjoys traveling with his family and hiking.
Stewart has over a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience, and he is based out of Bundy Group's New York office. He brings to the team a decade of strategic, operational and investment banking experience across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Controls & Automation, Technology, and Cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Bundy Group, Stewart served as Chief Financial Officer of Impesa, a growth-oriented financial technology firm. During his leadership tenure, he was responsible for driving the financial strategy and capitalizing the company for expansion throughout the United States and Latin America.
Over the course of his career, Stewart has fulfilled key strategy roles for growth companies and Fortune 500 companies alike, with corporate finance experience at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Coty, and Neal Communities. He has also worked with Houlihan Lokey's Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York.
Stewart graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While at Notre Dame, he was a member of the Fighting Irish Division I hockey team that competed for a National Championship. Stewart is a CFA Charterholder and is a graduate of the Johnson & Johnson Finance Leadership Development Program. He is FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registered with Bundy Group Securities, LLC, member FINRA.
Outside of work, Stewart enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing hockey and being out on the water.
