In the past 17 years I had the opportunity to work in companies with different backgrounds and this enabled me to gain experiences in various HR positions. As an HR professional I belive this function should be dedicated to supporting the businesses to achive their strategics goals. By support I mean performing the operational HR tasks like recruitment, performance management, Learning & Development and working as partner to the managers and colleagues in people related topics.
