Commercial Flooring Specialists stems originally from its Director Kerin Pratt at the tender age of ten doing flooring work for pocket money during school holidays. By the time Kerin was seventeen he was a full time self-employed contractor. Kerin originally started out the commercial side of his business in 2004 in the Queenstown region under the Company name "Remarkable Flooring". From there the business has grown into a nationwide operation. In 2013 Kerin decided to rebrand to reflect this growth and to enhance the company by providing additional services... From workshop floors to the high spec designer retail outlets. We are experts in concrete preparation, adhesive removal and concrete polishing... We offer timber flooring solutions that range from direct stick timber floors through to domestic interlocking floating timber systems.
